Beach bar was always noisy, they were playing music till late night. You could hear everything, not optimal to sleep. The hotel was very old, you could hear also everything from other guests. The breakfast was okay, not too much variety. Beach views were great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy, there are a lot of free spots 2-3 min away from hotel (public parking). There are not many restaurants there, without car is not practical.

Great location to visit some of the prettiest Cala on the island! Even the cala next to it is very pretty and you have so many choice that are not even 25 minutes away from it (Cala d’or, Calo des Moro, Llombards, Salmonia, etc) Bed was comfortable, cute little restaurant in front of the hotel and in the area but there’s isn’t any nightlife around if that’s something you’re looking for.

The location is great; right by the beach and has a pool/bar area too. The accomodation was clean and comfortable. The only thing I would say is that it’s quite easy to hear what’s happening in the rooms next to you, so I’d recommend earplugs. Apart from that I couldn’t recommend more!

This was a great place to stay. Clean, friendly and has a beautiful view of the sea. Definitely will Be visiting again.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, especially the bathroom. The breakfast was good and the room had a great view of the bay. The pool was really well designed and maintained and the pool bar was really good too. Very centrally located. The balcony and fridge were bonuses.

great quiet area, if you’re wanting to stay near the beach this is a perfect location. amenities do the job, very basic. Room slightly on the smaller side but still manageable. Staff very friendly and helpful

We, as the only British people there for most of the two weeks there, really enjoyed our stay...everybody was freindly and pleased to help. The breakfast and evening meals were good. We were close to the beach and had lovely views of the sea and bay from the hotel, would definitely come again.

They did not have AC. They did not have WIFI. Quality of breakfast was not good. The rooms and bathrooms were old. we could hear every word from neighbors. No impact windows so, although the view we had to the bay was great, we had a constant noise of the waves hitting the cliffs and it was loud all night every night.

Very noise hotel, you can hear everyone in their own rooms, and on the hall, no privacy at all. Cleaning wasn't good either. Breakfast is acceptable. Despite the stunning view from the room, it is not a nice hotel to stay and relax. Room photos not match with the room offered.

Chose room with a view ( what a view)😁 - everything you could want for breakfast- a bit expensive but sets you up for the rest of day. Room. Very clean with modern fittings(no A/c though) fan in room - light entertainment on most nights- short walk to the beach but steps involved- you could dive in and swim to the beach some did. Overall excellent place. Almost pirates of Caribbean style setting - sandy beach with life guards so safe for the kids.

My main issue with the property was a security concern. We were there during July it was really hot and in order to sleep we had to leave the patio door open. There isn't any air and when the temp is 100+ you would swelter without the patio door open. This meant sleeping with the door open on the first floor so that anyone could climb in. Besides the heat, concerns that someone was going to enter the room while we were sleeping lead to many sleepless night. They also charged for towels to use at pool/beach it was 3 euros per towel per day. Plus a 15 euro deposit. My recommendation is spend a bit more money and go to a hotel that is safe.

The location is amazing!! Hotel could use some work. No beach towels are provided so make sure you bring your own. Room has no AC so it’s very hard to sleep at night. The best thing about this hotel is the location. Right on the cove with stunning water!!!

The location was the positive aspect of this hotel, close to beach and supermarket. The negatives were the lack of air con which made it impossible to sleep. The ceiling fan didnt make a difference so we went and bought another fan to be able to sleep. We had a 'junior suite' which would be a small room in other hotels... the door was less than a metre from the end of the bed, the toilet was seperated by the glass shower partition and about a metre from the bed which gave no privacy. The hotel has a lot of potential because of the location but needs a lot of investment to make it comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful with taxi bookings and car rental

Excellent location in Cala Santanyi, with its lovely beach and good restaurants/bars. Although the rooms and the bathroom could do with a new shower, new doors and new tiles, the amazing view from the balcony makes you forget about all that. The thing we liked the most was the staff. They are the greatest asset to this hotel. They were all so friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

The view is great, I choosed a direct sea view. The hotel is close to the beach (a short walk on stairs), close to a store and some restaurants. The bathroom is quite big which is very appreciated.

We were supposed to get a room with a full sea view on our second night and we got a room with a worse view than the first night. When we asked for a receipt we were told they couldnt give us one because of "the police." Asked a different concierge the next morning for a receipt and he said it would be provided by Expedia. They didnt want to give us proof that they screwed us out of the room for which we paid.
