We arrived in the morning and can't check in yet, but they let us leave our stuff so we can go around London without carrying our luggage. When check-out time came, we had to wait 6 hours for our next trip, and again they let us leave our stuff and pick it up later. The hotel is next to the station, so it's really easy to travel, which is good. The hotel staff were super helpful and friendly.

Strategic location, near the bus and train station (victoria), so if you want to go to the airport it's easy, there are also plenty of places to eat at victoria station, the rooms are clean and comfortable.
