Small but immaculate room with two enclosed balconies. The staff was very gracious and the breakfast was very good.

Clean and comfortable in an excellent location for a beautiful stroll through the park to the historic part of Santiago de Compostela Very helpful staff . Excellent breakfast No frills but it’s very reasonably priced. It’s perfect to explore the city .

When we arrived my husband became very ill, possibly related to what he ate earlier somewhere else. The gentleman at reception was amazing. So helpful !! Making a difficult situation very manageable. Thank you so much.

Highly recommended for any Camino pilgrims looking for a nice room after your pilgrimage. Antonio at the front desk was the BEST! Good continental breakfast. Only negative was the size of the shower. After walking the Camino, it was difficult to move around the tiny space. But everything else was wonderful

It is a best location just a 5 min walk away from the cathedral and surrounded by all the nice and affordable eateries. Rooms are spacious. Everything clean. The staff go out of their ways to accommodate your needs. Definitely a great stay!

Hotel staff make this place fantastic. Front desk staff very helpful and professional. Gave me advice on where to shop (After Camino I wanted to pick up a few items for touring around), froze my gel packs for me, gave me an umbrella. One evening when wifi not at best in my room I sat in downstairs lounge with glass of vino provided gratis. I also like the quiet calm ambience of this hotel... a good environment from transitioning from Camino and the hustle and bustle of Santiago. I’ll be back.

What a fantastic little gem right in the heart of Santiago. There is nothing too much trouble for the staff in the Herradura. Gorgeous breakfast at a time that suits. My mum and I stayed for 3 days whilst walking parts of the Camino. Nice dark rooms and peaceful atmosphere! We will be back!
