absolutely stunning hotel. We played the South golf course and used the spa with treatments! Hatsune had delicious sushi and Luigi perfect pasta! 10/10 But definitely recommend renting a car for ease

Amazing hotel, I took my two boys away for a boys trip and we each had our own bed, a massive bathroom and the breakfasts each morning were divine. The family pool and restaurant hit the mark each lunchtime and we were able to walk around to explore the area from the hotel as well

We absolutely loved our stay here, they have such good sporting facilties.- racquets club nearby, football acadamy for the children, golf for all ages. The spa was a lively treat and we loved that children can alao experience the spa between 2.30 - 4.30. The staff were ALL so friendly and attentive. We would definitely revommend to all family and friends. There isnt too much to do in surrounding areas but the resort itself is amazing with a selection of restaurants.

Hotel has been refurbished and is lovely and all the staff are amazing. Food was okay and the hotel full of either golfing or corporate groups who were rowdy, often appeared intoxicated, hitting balls into the pool and lounging areas and constant expletives. The bar at night was packed and I wouldn't recommend for couples or families

We just spent one night at the hotel waiting for our apartment to come available. Since the revamp the facilities, bars and restaurants at hotel are great although note the layout to get to your room quite quirky so we had a long walk. Rooms well furnished with nice views over pool and golf course Staff very friendly although the service didn’t always live up to the 5 star rating Overall I found the hotel expensive for what we got but was ok for one night. However worth staying if you can get a good deal

5 Star resort - 2 week stay - v few negatives. Service was excellent - staff helpful - never had an issue problem with any member of staff. Nice range of restaurants choices in particular Amapola la Cala and the Italian both in terms of menu and service v v good. Problems were down to technical software not staff or mgmt. Not a lover of OCR - rather have in room brochure and use of TV as a guide. Definitely great if you into Golf Tennis and now football. West Course best most challenging - South while famous ?! a typical USA style course. Golf be worst experience by a long way - from pro shop through to behaviour of players on S Course. Tennis great. Surrounding area not much to do - Cartegena well worth a visit tho. Ideally this a great place to stay if you into an active sports break or short term spa break. Service was exceptional and that alone should merit its 5 stars
