Hired a taxi from the train station (Atocha), which was a fair distance from the hotel, so if arriving by train, I'd recommend hiring a driver. Our check in was simple and we were allowed to use the pool while we waited. Once in our room, it was spacious, with AC, and comfortable. We only stayed one night before airport departure so the pool was a definite plus! The airport shuttle was very convenient and there were some nice dining options within 1-1.5kms walking distance. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this as a first or last stop in Madrid!

pas très ravi de la nuit . accueil mitigé pas de sourire très froid. la chambre spacieuse propreté pas trop mal juste qq miettes au sol et un bouchon... petit déjeuner catastrophique : oeuf et oeuf brouillé foid ainsi que le bacon et les saucisse ,croissant congelé à l'intérieur. les serveurs sont sympathiques et souriants merci a yaz souriant et professionnel .

The hotel was ok and clean. It was disappointing when we booked because they said they had a airport shuttle and we fount out it does not run on the weekends.

The hotel staff were friendly and very welcoming. The hotel was clean. The pool and hot tub were lovely up on the roof terrace but you cant use it after 9pm. Overall our short stay was great.

Pratique avec la navette à l’aéroport. Piscine et gymnase superbe. Bon déjeuner. Un peu cher pour être si loin du centre-ville. Le stationnement devrait être inclus pour cette raison. Réellement, le parfum utiliser pour le nettoyage des chambres est extrêmement fort et m’a causé une crise d’allergie durant 12 heures.
