We loved everything about the Mett ! The staff were exemplary and super friendly. They ensured our stay was fabulous. The Mett has the most amazing pool , beautifully warm and lit with tiny lights at night . We can’t wait to return. Best breakfast ever!

great location and staff

Shower drain took extended period of time to drain water. Breakfast buffet service was unsatisfactory. Waiters skipped me over and took food orders from parties that sat down long after me.

The experience was amazing! The resort is beautiful and the staff are all incredibly friendly. Food from the restaurants is delicious too. Will be coming back!

Our stay at METT in Marbella was lovely. We had deluxe pool/sea facing rooms which were very spacious, and complete with very good amenities. We especially liked that housekeeping replenished our room with water bottles every day. The concierge communicated with us through WhatsApp and if we needed anything, we just had to ask through the app which was lovely. The staff was very accommodating and kind. Be prepared to need a car or to need Uber/Taxis. It is not a very walkable area (about 30 minutes from old town / 20 from Puerto Banus). The beach was lovely! Bring water shoes if you plan on going into the ocean, as there are many rocks (but this is to be expected in Europe!) We also enjoyed the pool area, which was always very clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Live dj on Friday was a plus

We were offered an upgrade at a cost ! Hard sell by the ‘welcome person’ We explained we have vip access. Although rooms were available we were not offered an upgrade other than a paid for upgrade. Also they tried to charge for valet parking. We did get that removed from the bill.
