Hermes hotel was a wonderful stay for our first time in Santorini! Even before we arrived the staff were helpful in securing us transfers from the airport and organising an early check in. The staff all went above and beyond were for friendly and helpful. The facilities were great two pools and plenty of very comfy loungers meant there was no fighting at the crack of dawn. The location was lively just a short walk from the supermarket which had EVERYTHING and a short stroll from the beachfront area which had loungers and plenty of food options. We loved how close the hotel was to it all whilst still being away from the hustle and bustle of the beachfront! Lovely hotel would highly recommend!

A great location, quiet and walkable to the beach in 5 minutes, with a supermarket (open til 1am) 2 minutes away. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, relaxing and friendly. We’ll stay here again. The breakfast is great too - options for everyone.

This was such a great find. An affordable option that is perfectly located within an easy walk to the beach. All the amenities you'd want. A great pool area with a full bar. And, all the staff were super friendly. I would totally stay here again.

Service was ok, however the property didn’t have anything to watch on the TV, just local channels (14 & 15), Tv was too small the size of a tablet. Cleaning crew broke my perfume The jacuzzi was working, even though the receptionist said it’ll be fixed soon which didn’t happen the entire time we were there

Everything was simply awesome except the bathtub that cannot get a 100% but it didn't matter to us at all since cleanliness was top! We had a wonderful time in every meaning of the word. We'll be back!

Beautiful hotel with nice pool and breakfast was delicious

Hotel was in a good spot near restaurants. Room was basic, breakfast area lovely and breakfast itself great. Hotel staff really helpful and welcoming.

A great hotel pool and bar area, room was spacious and clean, the staff team are amazing and so helpful, way had a small issue with the aircon but was swiftly resolved, this hotel gets top marks,

Beautiful property with the sweetest staff! Fira and Oia only half hr drive.

Hotel is very dated and not up to modern standards. Bathroom had a bad smell and the room itself was old and dark. Better options out there.

Lovely boutique hotel

The Hermes Hotel was a superb find. It has excellent standards and the pool and gardens are extremely well maintained. A very relaxing atmosphere and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Can't recommend highly enough.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Really friendly staff, wonderful breakfast. We had dinner 1 night in their restaurant and the food was divine. The only little annoying thing was that in the evenings and weekends it seemed like the staff's friends and family were allowed to come and use the pool, which meant there were a lot of screaming children running around and the sunbeds were being used by people who were not hotel guests. Was a bit disappointing for their paying guests. Other than that was a wonderful stay and I would recommend!

Second time in this hotel. Family ambiance,quiet and yet close from beach shops. Transportation to anywhere very easy.staff adorable and discreet.

Great value for money and easy walking distance to beach. The only downside is that internet was a little slow but we managed and with the room we stayed in, the Superior Garden Room, they provided two king singles that were just pushed together. We would have expected a proper king size bed coming as a couple. Other than that, everything else was great. Delicious breakfast buffet was served everyday. Pool and staff were great as well! This is an excellent family owned hotel. Staff is super friendly and helpful. All the food and drinks are of great quality and very delicious. This was our second time here.
