I booked for a Saturday but wanted a Sunday. I gave 48 hours notice and was told I could change it but there would be a penalty - that turned out to be the full price of the room., They could have waived it but insisted that they wouldn't. The beds were comfortable but the linen was dirty on one bed and the floor didn't appear to be clean. I have also never seen such small pillows. Breakfast was okay but there was a lack of utensils - no spoons and eating cereal with a fork is just difficult. The location was good but staff were obviously overworked and abrupt. Not somewhere I will return to.

I think the location was rather unique. Having a bird's eye view of Keystone and Mt. Rushmore was pretty cool.

Our stay was very good at Baymont! The room was well laid out and like the extra sink outside the bathroom that had a sink also! Really liked being able to walk out straight to parking in the 3rd floor. At night, I could see Mt Rushmore lit up!

The view was AMAZING. Room was clean and large. Staff was friendly.

Our room wasnt ready but everyone got rooms after us. The elevator for luggage was not convenient to our room n second floor. The bathtub was horrendous climbing into and out of to shower. The room door didnt close without extra slamming. No maid service fine but could at least stock toilet paper

Should look into building a staircase in the side of the mountain for easier going back to the hitel

Awkward to get into upper steep Hill. Beds were OK to sleep on in the place seems to be clean.

Hotel is in need of updating. Shower rod and mirror in bathroom are rusted. Turn water on and noisy. Turn bathroom fan on noisy.

I did not care for the fact that there was $20. In different taxes added to the bill. The ice machine in between the two halls on the lower level had so much dust in the outside filters was quite disgusting. Breakfast was not served until 6:30 any other hotel is 6:00 lots of patrons looking for food at 6. You might consider changing time. Bed was comfortable

The staff were all very friendly. Our room was very small and the bathroom was even smaller, we bumped our head a couple times. The breakfast wasn’t that great and you have to go early or you miss out on some things, but the coffee was good.

Very nice place to stay. Our room was nothing I would have expected. Had a nice view of Mount Rushmore from our deck. We will deftly stay there again.
