What i liked: spatious room, clean, staff very kind and flexible , ready to help. I would say very walkable central area, close to everything you may need ( supermarket, Shopping centers, gyms, transportation, etc). Good breakfast, small but nice and clean common areas. One very important point for me: sport facilities: i would have given a nice grade if it wasn't for the fact that the gym cardio machines could use some checks, one out of service, another needing maintenance ; apart from that it would have been good, with good choices of weights and stretching equipment.

People don’t know what are they doing

AC and internet wasn’t working and they didn’t fix. Room had some last guest left over. Not security at all when someone blocked my car and I couldn’t leave. Receptionist not helpful either.

Hotel is still becoming one of Ibis Styles Hotel, the building used to be Tulip Inn Hotel. Then the rooms are being reformed. The service was "okay". Problems with the scanner when checking in, delay in giving the room card keys. The coffee break was much similar from Ibis, didn't notice a difference. The room was large, with much space.The bed is big. Bathroom is okay, towel holder was falling apart. The location is great, near to Crystal Mall, Curitiba Mall, Coco Bambu, Scavollo Restaurant (increadible).

Great people, great service, and great location. The only things I did not like about the hotel were the lack of ventilation in the bathroom (I had to buy a odor spray), the hotel's air conditioner is too cold, and they charge for garage - which is ridiculous. I recommend it, but if you can find a hotel closeby with garage included, go ahead.

The location was great, the staff very friendly, and breakfast was decent. The gym can use some work as the only machine available was broken, but what can you do. The staff allowed me to do a late check-out for free and stored my bags for free as well. I'd stay there again!

Bem localizado, a uma quadra do shopping Curitiba, próximo a bares, padarias e restaurantes. O quarto é grande. O café da manhã é bom(o pão francês não é fresco...essa minha única reclamação do café). O único incômodo que tivemos foram as camareiras, que em dois seguidos ficaram bate papo no corredor do nosso andar ás 8h00 da manhã, nos acordando.

Poltrona rasgada no quarto, toalhas finas que não secam. Quarto com cheiro forte.

Satisfeito com o atendimento dos funcionários da recepção, com a limpeza do quarto, e com o café da manhã. O hotel possui manobristas para guarda do veículo, cujo serviço é cobrado. O que me deixou indignado quando da devolução do veículo, após o check out, foi a constatação do furto de um cabo para carregamento do celular.

Sem nenhuma queixa! Localização muito ok, cama confortável, chuveiro e ar condicionado a contento! Café da manhã bem gostoso
