As an older facility, Queen’s hotel has some advantages: a good location, older style rooms and elevator, and recognizable hotel design. The breakfast service was great and eliminated any need for lunch! However, on warmer days the room was stuffy and street noise kept windows from being open much.

The room was fine, but with no a/c and thus not being able to sleep becauae it was so darn hot was unacceptable.

Close location to T-centralen on the walking street Drottninggaten. Breakfast was great. Staff was very helpful. They gave us the heads-up that the lift was not working, so we had the choice to cancel and make other arrangements. The staff assisted with carrying our large pieces of luggage up/down the spiral staircase. The beds were comfy. Glad I came prepared with a converter/adapter. No USB charging ports. Also, I did not expect a/c, I was not disappointed. There was a fan and a window.

Everything worked out well & the front desk staff was very helpful to us "foreigners". Breakfast was amazing!

Right on the main shopping street, very good breakfast buffet, very comfortable bed. The only downside is perhaps it is a bit noisy as it is located just on the main street.

Wonderful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooms and close to train station and several sights on most tourist’s checklists. Be sure to ask for a room that faces the center courtyard. We had to switch rooms because our first room was loud because of a nearby nightclub!

Excellent location - on a pedestrian street near both Old Town and train station. Large, clean room and lovely breakfast.

Located on a very lively pedestrian street, we suggest asking for a room in the back of the hotel as the street noise can be significant

Wonderful stay in a great area of the city. Easy to navigate the area, friendly staff, comfortable stay. Would 100% stay again!

Good functional no frills hotel, central location which was good and short 10 minute walk to the station. Room was clean and tidy but could do with re-decorating as felt a little old

The hotel itself is quite loud, I can hear people sneezing in their rooms, loud music outside on a Wednesday night, a room being cleaned next door at 8am, lots of banging etc. Otherwise the staff are friendly, the room is a good size and has everything I need. The location is good. The breakfast was nice.
