Property is nice, close to the airport, a lot to do for kids. Nice water rides, beach was great, clean pools, hard working staff, good food selection but was a little repetitive after 3 days. Check-out time is at 11am and they would not extend to 12 or 12:30pm. Just be aware in case your flight is late and have kids.

Good hotel , good food and good area for children

Everything was good, the buffet, the room, the pools, the only thing I think should be better is the night shows, if you are not in the front line basically you can't see it

Staff were amazing and even upgraded us with no extra charge. I fell ill and they did everything to help medically. All the staff were kind including bar staff and cleaners. The kids entertainers were great with all the kids and really patient. Just sooooo impressed. Can’t fault the place at all. Happily go back there which is something we don’t usually do. Really happy.

Checkin was a breeze. They upgraded my room. Very clean. Our family enjoyed the many food options. Water was cold in April but kids loved the slides. Georgios at check in took extra care to make sure the chef knew of my son’s allergies. This property is well kept, and service was great.concierge gave great recommendations to see the area. Friendly staff, location close to airport, beautiful beach, facilities are nice and clean. Very good food options.

Hotel is a 15 minute taxi from airport and we arrived early. Delighted that we were able to access our room immediately and even had a complementary upgrade. We can honestly recommend the swim up rooms, and location right on beachfront was amazing. The mini bar only sticks a small selection of fizzy soft drinks and a couple of bottles of still water. So don’t expect wine or beer! Staff were without fail polite and helpful. Thank you so much for making our stay so relaxing and lovely.

Hotel is really pleasing on the eye, very welcoming arrival at Reception! View from our penthouse room was incredible, such amazing sunset views. The downfall for us was the food, apart from the Asian Restaurant which was incredible. The other food areas did offer much variety or flavour. The pool areas were great but very very cold. The evening entertainment could have been a lot better to engage more of the hotel stayers but overall our stay was nice.

Great place to stay, everyone made our experience a pleasure.

Resort is beautiful and offers a very good view. All inclusive includes breakfast, lunch and dinner; which is good value for your money. However, some of the food options were dry ans lacking in taste. Friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms are big and clean.

This is a really nice all-inclusive. The property has many places to eat. Don't waste your time on the Asian or the A-la-Carte places.

Had entertainment and great food choices. Would have preferred a room near the beach.

Really lovely hotel, went for a week and enjoyed every min of it.

Check-in was excellent and the receptionist were welcoming , however as soon as we entered the rooms we noticed tiny moths, no hand soap and dirty sheets, which we then complained to the reception team too. They helped with the sheets but failed to eliminate the moths and gave us a bar soap for our hands. Overall the facilities were great with good amenities, but what frustrated us was they refused to turn on the tennis court lights when it got dark (for no apparent reason). The food was mostly tasteful but cold and the service was very non challant. Overall I rate the place a 3/5

All-inclusive catering to large tour groups. Food is average and certainly not 4 star. Rooms are clean but lack duvets, just a single bedsheet, and the fire safety light gives the room a bright green glow that you cannot lower; greatly disturbing sleep. The staff are very nice, but I just can't recommend the hotel as a 4 star. It's 2 at best.

Excellent hotel with great food, it’s on the beach and it has its own water park!
