Just the elevator wasn’t working properly. Certain buttons didn’t work. Overall though I was very satisfied!

A bit confusing to find at first as check in and lobby are are the bottom of parking garage. Good location to downtown El Paso and walkable to most areas. Parking is a bit tight in parking garage with low roof.

The hotel is very nice the lobby is nice rooms are clean BUT only one elevator was working and it was a nightmare. Also the parking garage horrible! The spaces are so small marked for three but fitting three is a very very very tight squeeze where you can’t even open doors. Parking stops at 5th level if there were more levels the nightmare might not exist. Damaged my car so bad.

I rented 2 rooms, 1 room for 2 nights and the other room for 1 night. One of the rooms had breakfast vouchers where the other one did not It was strange, only half of my family had breakfast. As for bed comfort, the beds were great.

The AC did not work and I was very hot all night, the carpet also had a few stains that were pretty disgusting. The employees were amazing and very nice

The hotel did not have clean rooms at the time of check in. I had to wait until almost 6pm to check in. Very inconvenient for my plans.

The hotel is showing some wear, but the beds were comfortable and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Pool completely out of commision, and filled with algae....internet service sketchy at best... and they charge 20 bucks a night for crappy parking...in El Paso.
