Great location for the marathon and other races. The start and finish line are by the hotel

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at the hotel, thanks in large part to the exceptional service from the front desk, particularly Maja W! She kindly upgraded us to a spacious suite with a separate bedroom and living room, which was a lovely surprise. However, we did notice a few areas that needed some attention. The bathroom amenities were a bit lacking, and the glass door of the shower room and shower head needed some repair work. Additionally, the card key sensor in the lift needed sensitivity check, as it took a few attempts to register our card, and we ended up passing our floor. The same happened to other guests taking the same lift. Despite these minor issues, we appreciated the hotel's efforts and Maja's excellent service.

Nice hotel, great location in Tallinn and easy parking. Unfortunately the spa was closed and we didn't know this when we booked. Rooms were very clean.

Really good hotel, well located for the old town, the Balti Jaam train station, the docks and the airport. We just had a standard room but it was plenty big enough and comfy bed. The breakfast choices were great, as was the pool and sauna/spa centre. A few gripes - one tiny thin pillow each, and the shower flooded the bathroom each time it was used but overall I'd recommend the hotel. One tip - use Bolt or Uber and not the walk up cabs.... bolt to the docks €4 Walk up cab coming back - €18!!!

Nice location. Swimming pool and sauna good relaxing. Very small rooms. Really outdated furniture and carpet.. breakfast was good.

Very clean hotel, modern rooms, one older part of the original hotel near the (very modern Italian). Unfortunately the spa and pool area were all closed which wasn't mentioned on Hotels.com website Reception staff were friendly, don't bother with breakfast

Beautiful Property. Bus stop nearby. Train station is walkable but not with luggage. Ferry terminal is taxi ride away. Old Town is adjacent. Rooms is spacious. People loved the spa. Breakfast was available early - Big Spread. Seems like the best hotel in Tallinn.

Good customer service and excellent facilities.

The room was ok, but when the toilet does not flush, we call the front desk. They promised to send someone to fix it right away, the repairman never came. We could not use the toilet. Also, we ask for the Old Town map, the reception lady pointed us at a table. When we could not find it and asked again, she came over and checked and said we should go down to the Information Center. What a useless and lazy receptionist.

Super family room. Clean, quiet (despite being big hotel). Good pool and great gym. Super location too.

Disappointed with the service - check in staff were helpful but we needed housekeeping service for extra pillows - the phone in the room didn’t work and we had to call directly and were put on hold with no answer for over 40 mins then never received the pillows.

Absolutely fantastic, lovely hotel, make sure you make use of the spa. Friendly staff and great service.

Air conditioning very noisy and service in Italian restaurant not great. But spa was great.

This is a big hotel. Room and bed was comfortable however we were in the older building and the very furthest room from the stairs and elevator and reception area. WiFi did not work in our room, they need a booster. That said we had a great view!

Great hotel, excellent location and friendly staff

I do a lot of business travel and often stay at Radisson. This was not to Radisson standard. Worst check in possible: long wait, too few staff, disorganized. Won’t go back there.

The water pressure made it impossible to take a shower after the pools. It came fast then slow and changed temp without being touched. Worst shower I’ve been in.

Best
