I was disappointed that the pool was only open in the evening. If have had seen that before I made the booking, I would have found another one

The check in was very difficult compared to other hotels in Poland. The shower would only deliver water at a quite hot temperature. That said, breakfast was tasty and the location was very convenient.

Good value for money and great location if you want to be close to the motorway.

It was ok, not really clean. The service was OK, employees are not really helpful. Breakfast is really great.

The receptionist was not helpful. We needed to make a call, we used the room phone and it didn't work so we went to speak to the reception to use the phone at the reception but she said no. We then requested that they send someone to check the room phone. I left for the room with the techician only to discover the phone was not even plugged. None of the staff apologied for the inconviences and embrassment, so we decided to check out a day before and left for a better hotel.

There was an issue with WiFi but reception girl (30.12.18) was so nice to solve it within 15 minutes and provide us with a new room. She (as well as other receptionists, bartenders and kitchen staff, cleaning ladies) was very polite and always ready to help. We appreciate service provided at the hotel. Highly recommend to stay here! Maybe it is located not so close to the city center as you may wish (however location is really OK) but you'll love hotel facilities, staff, etc.

Chose this hotel for cheapness and quite close to venue of guns and roses concert. Hotel is nice with nice bar area. On arrival the lady on reception appeared quite rude so this was disappointing, she did get better over the course of our time there and other staff were fine. Breakfast wasn’t to our liking so didn’t pay and used McDonald’s over the road. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities, shower head didn’t sit properly so had to hold it but that was only problem with room. Would use again but would prob go closer to venue if came to see a concert again here if prices were similar.

Nice hotel with good breakfast buffet. A bit tricky to get to from the centre by public transport though. Food at the hotel restaurant not that great unfortunately.

A very nice hotel and a nice sized room. A good shower and wifi service. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. My only complaint was the hotel was 7 km from the city centre which made it necessary for me to take taxis twice a day.

ok about 800 mtrs from rynek so be prepaired for some walking

Good place to take if your on your way in or out of poland. People were nice, they have private parking under the building and also free parking outside. I went with the private parking, because I didn't know if the location was good or bad. The people that work there were really nice and the resturant down stairs had great food. Breakfast had a good selection.

We came just to see the Auschwitz museum but this hotel was too far. Cab ride was over $50 each way. It was next to a KFC, mcdonalds, and grocery so that was convenient. Room size was good but hard to regulate the temperature. Had to keep opening the window. AC was not so good.
