Decent location and comfortable beds but only one elevator was working and the rooms needed some attention like the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, there was a stain on the carpet, and the coffee in the lobby was cold and tasted old even early in the morning.

When checking out they charged $180 with no explanation then reimbursed me $150 leaving a balance of $30 with no explanation. I did nothing extra to the room nor ordered anything and left it cleaned. I am disputing the $30.

Family friendly and a safe place to stay. We enjoyed it and were comfortable with the arrangements. The most important part for me was that the establishment was clean.

Clean room and pet friendly.

Check in was a long process - customer service staff not very helpful. NO ONE told us no housekeeping so we were unhappily greeted with unmade beds and no clean towels after being out of our room for the entire day on Saturday. Ended up forfeiting our second night and leaving early.

I liked the pool & friendly service. Rooms are clean. You get welcomed to your room with your name on the tv :) haha! Breakfast was really good too. Good stay, book.

Property was clean. The breakfast was great.

Room was clean but view was horrible (view of roof with all the units, disappointing). The continental breakfast was lack luster (chicken sausage patty, I mean, was disgusting). If ya weren’t gonna give real sausage least it could have been turkey sausage.

While I was grateful that there was availability on last minute notice for me to book a room while other places were booked, I didn’t appreciate the smell of marijuana as soon as I enter the property, the Floors didn’t make a difference and unfortunately the noise level on my floor was high. Difficult to get a good nights rest. The room itself is clean. The shower as well. It did what it needed to do. I do wish it were a better experience, but like I said, last-minute notice so I guess I simply dealt with it. Front desk staff seem to be more interested in being sociable with each other rather than being attentive to the customer at the desk. They were not professionally dressed. I guess my expectations are different for what a hotel and service should look like compared to what was experienced for my stay.

On Saturday May 31,2025 . I checked into the hotel .everything was great ! I was in room 347 beautiful clean room . When we were ready to go to sleep . The squeaking noise from the bathroom was annoying . I couldn’t turn on the light . I told the front desk late that evening . The lady was a seeetheart and told me I will have someone look into it tomorrow . We didn’t get a good night sleep . When I left on Sept 1,2025 told the young man in the front desk . He apologized and said he will let engineering dept know I love the hotel and he very be there . But what happen to my interrupted sleep ?

Lobby area was clean, breakfast was great, room carpet could have been deep cleaned. Toilet bowl wasn't properly clean had hair on it. There were a lot of towels in bath room which was great. Bed pillows and mattress could've been more comfortable. Overall wasn't a bad stay for my first time.

Room was clean and comfortable with a very spacious bathroom. Hotel decor is updated/contemporary, and breakfast was great; diferent options were available each of the 3 days we stayed, and it was kept well stocked for the entire breakfast duration. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our only difficulty was the $240 deposit that was put on my card at check-in; after carefully budgeting our family's trip (on my teacher salary) and prepaying all of our lodging, this added unexpected stress. The deposit appeared as a pending charge, effectively making the card unuseable without transferring a huge sum of money from another account. I hope the hotel (and/or the company) considers a change in policy that is more welcoming such as putting a card number on file in case of incidentals rather than assuming that every guest will cause damage to the facility. (The 4 other hotels we stayed at during our East Coast road trip did just that.)

Great Stay!

Front desk employees were not welcoming or friendly at all. Room was not ready at check in time. Was charged hidden $15 daily parking fee. Will not return here again and would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Enjoyed my stay, will definitely be returning.

Saturday night I complained 3-4 times of noise above me. I ended up listening to that bumping till 4 am. Had an event the next day and was tired and ruined the reason I was there. I really feel I should be credited that one day.
