The hotel is in a great location for the beach . The rooms were cleaned every day . The pool area is maintained to a high standard. Mr Kumar looked after Me at breakfast time nothing was too much trouble

this is good property near Calengute beach. This is nice and good resort, services are good. good pool for family and kids.

We have just returned from a 10 night stay at the Terra Paraiso. What an absolute gem of a hotel and resort. We have visited this area many times and this is one of the best we have found. Lovely rooms ultra clean everywhere with particular attention to cleanliness is eating areas. The food was amazing better than some restaurants and very economical prices for food and drink.

This accommodation certainly exceeded our expectations and is a hotel that I would firmly recommend to anyone staying in Calungute. The rooms were clean, spacious, cleaned daily and the AC facilities were in good working order. The swimming pool was always good to have a dip in during the balmy weather. This accommodation is perfectly located being only a few minutes walk from Calungate beach and a 5-10 minute to the main high street in the opposite direction; the food served and buffet breakfast was delicious with chefs being on hand to make omelettes and dosa on request (breakfast). The staff at the hotel go above and beyond to ensure that each and every one of their visitors has a pleasant stay and we can not thank them highly enough - a special mention goes to Mr Anil who kept me well fed and Kiran who also looked after us.

No Hospitality or politeness while talking to guests, very rude behavior and rooms are very average considering the price. Food average too

The room wasnt maintained properly, the sheets had stains and bathroom had clogging. The cups where not properly washed after the previous guest even though we checked in post normal check-in time

The hotel is absolutely fantastic, very high class and the location is second to none.. the beach is a 30 second walk away and the main road with many restaurants and bars is a short 3/4 minute walk.

Great hotel to stay in, it’s a 30 second walk onto the beach and a 5 minute walk to the Main Street with lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. Ideal locatio!!

Great stay, hotel and pool very clean and in wonderful position for both beach and town - hotel staff could not be more helpful - only disappointment was food, breakfast not really for Europeans and avoid "special" food nights which are over priced and can't compare with restaurants 10 minutes away - doesn't detract from what was a fabulous stay

It was right down the beach but not right on the beach. The hotel was under renovations during off peak time, which was mentioned and totally fine. The airport pick up is a charge, which they were great about arranging with pick up and drop off. The room service was great and on time. The staff was friendly, and accommodating. I thought the hotel was a bit pricey, compared to other hotels, however, this hotel is much more family oriented with kids and families. Both pools were nicely kept and rules were clear for timings. Overall a decent experience.

We arrived at the hotel to find out our reservation had been rejected by the hotel. Although they refused to cancel our booking and marked us as a 'no show' so we still had to pay. Absolute crooks! Avoid at all costs

Hotel is 2 minutes walk to the beach where there were numerous shacks for food, bars, etc. It is about 10 minutes walk to the main road where there were choices for restaurants, shops, etc. We stayed in an Executive room which was clean, comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Breakfast mainly catered for local tourists, but it was great having the egg station for variety. Good sized, clean pools too!

The hotel itself is pretty decent although the service is absolutely garbage. We arrived at the hotel around midnight after a 20 hour journey, hungry and tired we just wanted to get some food and go to sleepas soon as we could. After a 20 minute check in process (so slow and unorganized) we finally got to our room and called for room service, which runs 24 hours a day. We ordered food and were told that it will take about 40 minutes, which was ok. After waiting for an hour I called the kitchen again, this time asking how long our food was going to take. The guy tells me he will look into it and askigbruptly hangs up. After waiting for another 20 minutes I called back and he tells me that we didn't confirm our order!! Excuse me, but what does that even mean?? I've travelled the world extensively and have never even heard of that. The guy clearly didn't take our order and he tried to turn it on us. Frustrated and extremely tired we were forced to go to bed hungry. The next day I brought it up to the manager, Peter, and he said he would look into it and get back to me... which never happened. Overall the service was fairly poor and you would expect more from a place that charges $100 a night. Not recommended.

The hotel is a short stroll to the beach and has a good sized swimming pool. Staff were very helpful and attentive.There was a good choice of food and the quality was of a high standard.
