Excellent stay the staff could not do enough to make your stay better they were all kind, polite and always greeted you with a smile the whole holiday was perfect so a big thankyou to all the staff members and hope to see you again in the future

Very clean hotel with bus stop to Funchal Central close by. However if you are unfit, I would not recommend as there is a steep slope to the bus stop. Staff all very friendly. Optional dinner on the whole very good. Avoid 9 am for breakfast as it can be rather hectic.

Property seemed a bit older. Waited a long time to place order at lunch. Very nice staff though. Safe location.

The hotel was very pleasant and comfortable. Each evening there was a different themed dinner menu, which made every meal unique and enjoyable. Breakfast offered a good variety of options to choose from. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Overall, a great place to stay!

Modern hotel with everything you need. Close to the sea front with lovely views. Great pool and gym area and excellent breakfast. Would definitely stay again. Quite a walk into Funchal but worth it!

The cleanliness was astonishing. The floors were always kept impeccable. The shower, the room, and the towels and bedding were kept clean without too much damage to the environment. The only thing we missed was a rack to dry towels and bathing suits.

I really enjoyed my stay. Rooftop bar is amazing, great views from my roll on the 11th floor, conveniently located.

The property had parking but had to pay 8€ a day. We liked that the property was quiet bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The cleaner, Sandra was excellent. We stayed half board and the food quality, choice was excellent. We weren’t so impressed with the size of bedroom or bathroom. The junior suite was an odd shape and seemed dark and oppressive. Some staff were good but others had no idea of friendliness or good service.

Close to amenities and local transport. Excellent roof terrace for fabulous panoramic views. Good choice of food and refreshments.

Although our room was a little smaller than anticipated, the views from the balconies may up for it! The staff are friendly, and very accommodating. Stay here and enjoy a wonderful Madeira experience!
