Great stay. Location is perfect for accessing all of the sights in the city centre.

I believe there should have been someone to take our luggage up the stairs and elevator to our room. Most 4-Star hotels offer that basic service.

Staff was great, location fabulous, but we definitely got an older room and the carpeting was really awful. I am sure they will replace it soon. Other rooms had wood floors.
