Great service and food we enjoyed our stay

This is a lovely hotel. Excellent views, installations, rooms, gardens, and pool. Plus access to the beaches through a gate makes it very convenient.

Usual high standard Parador experience with rhe added advantage that the hotels.com reward can be applied to half board.

This is a very family-oriented hotel with a great location. I like very much how easy is to go from the pool to the beach, the trails for walking, running or biking, and the proximity to Peniscola and its beaches, although keeping the small-town charm.

I couldnt stay till 8AM for breakfast so hotel prepared coffee and plain bread for me for 7AM, then they asked me to pay 18 Euro for my breakfast. I couldnt believe it

The usual first class Parasor standard of accommodatiion and catering. The building does not have the architectural merit of sime Paradors, but it is very conveniently and scenically situated by the sea shore with easy access to the town.

The outside pool and relax area is excellent. The bar terrace was very pleasant and waiter was very friendly. Our room was very tired and in need of upgrading as was the corridor to our room. The reception staff were not very welcoming and the bar area was short staffed.

Great location, lovely gardens and pool. Rooms a little bit tired but very clean I thought the cost of the evening meal at €32.50 was expensive for buffet style.

Didn’t stay as Hotel closed due to rain

Hotel is clean and comfortable. It is appointed nicely and has a terrific location next to the beach. We enjoyed running & walking along the boardwalk next to the hotel.

I stopped at the Benicarlo for 1 night on my way to the MotoGP race in Aragon. Friendly staff and a good nights rest was what I needed after traveling 10 days through Italy, Barcelona and France. I would stay here again.

Hotel a little tired especially the bathroom.

We have stayed here before. It had not changed one bit. Fabulous gardens, well maintained. Large room, nice private balcony, food OK but not quite 5 star. A perfect place to 'veg out'.

Good hotel with caring staff only issue was the poolside restaurant. Couldn't get in !

The hotel was pleasant. However for the price it appeared tired. There was no coffee or tea making facilities in the room. There was also no complementary water. Breakfast was not included and was expensive. Food was only available at certain times eg in the evening you could not get food until 8.30pm which for me was to late. The grounds were excellent with access to the beach. The hotel is in a great position. I would go there again.

As always, the Paradors never disapoint

I was supposed to take a trip with my mother to the parador benicarlo. Unfortunately my mother died before the trip. I called the parador to cancel my night but they would not take responsability for reimbursing me. They directed me to to a website and company I had never heard of. Then we got caught in the papers of the funerals and could never cancel the nightIt was absolutely inhuman...having to fight for your rights when you just lost you dear parent.I will never set foot in a parador again ad will never go through Hotel.com again

Although it is a Parador, it does not have anything special about it. The hotel is relaxing, the gardens are very nice and quiet. We found it as a good base to visit Morella, Delta de Ebro and Peñiscola.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Hatten ein gutes Zimmer mit schönem Balkon. Frühstück und Abendessen hervorragend. Kann Hotel empfehlen.
