Great service and staff, rooms weren't very well lit and the plugs were different but the staff provided adapter which was great. Decent size room/bathroom for single bed room. Fridge and air con were good too. Breakfast could be improved. Nice view of the park.

Our room was clean and equip with enough toiletries. The hotel itself is quaint and very nice. Walkable to the train station which, make it very convenient whether you want to go downtown Milan or Lake Como. All the staff were friendly and very accommodating. We had a very experience staying in this hotel.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The check in process was simple and easy, and the room we stayed in was very nice and comfortable. The two days we stayed we enjoyed their complimentary breakfast and also were able to go to and from the train station within walking distance. Our only issue was the air conditioning system, the room can be a little more cooler as we had to open the window to keep the room cool. Overall it was a great stay and will stay again in the future.

The room was beautiful. It was vlean and everything we needed was provided for. The only qualm was it was noisy. Not the hotel's fault, but couldn't fall asleep until 12 or 1 because there was a festival in the city.

Avevo espressamente prenotato una tripla del secondo piano parlando con la signora della reception e pagato in anticipo, mi ero sincerata che fosse proprio quella stanza che avevo visto in fotografia sul sito. Al mio arrivo mi è stata data una tripla piccolissima che non era quella per la quale ci eravamo accordate. Per fortuna il receptionist notturno è stato gentilissimo e ci ha messi in una stanza molto bella di categoria superiore. Uno dei disagi di questo albergo è l’assenza di parcheggio, bisogna pagare un parcheggio esterno.

Decent property The only thing that missing was the Air conditioner. Otherwise, the overall experience was good.

Very convenient location for those who want to visit Milan and stay away from crowds. Walking distance to train which goes directly to the center of Milan. Great selection of restaurants in walking distance from hotel. Will definitely come back

Parking was public parking infront of hotel. You need to pay via machine in parking lot of online via app. Parking is free at night time till 9am.

While staff was cooperative and helped us check in at 11pm and told us where to get food, the AC wasn't working in the room, but with windows open, it was manageable.

Lovely feel to the hotel, nice breakfast, really clean and friendly staff. Will be revisiting for sure.

Hotel is located in a beautiful setting and gardens. The staff need to be more helpful in aiding customers to get into premises as road were blocked and then could not assist or offer any assistance and it was very stressful. Staff need to work on there English skills and customer service. We almost cancelled hotel as it was very difficult getting back into premises without driving around looking for a way in, if we hadn’t prepaid we would haves changed premises.

Paid a good rate through Expedia and was given a nice central room and extended another night. Was there for work and was conveniently located for me. Breakfast was ample. Room was clean and bathroom / shower worked well. Would definitely stay at this hotel again when in the area.

The female who checked us out at reception was quite rude and unfriendly - arrogant. As rude and unfriendly she was - as friendly and welcoming was the male receptionist who checked us in the. Ugh this before.

Lovely Hotel and Very nice town with easy transport links into Milan

Very nice hotel in a perfect location. Train station is about 2 blocks. A great home base for seeing Milan.

Both my husband and I were extremely happy with our stay at this beautiful hotel. The rooms are superbly decorated, the breakfasts were delicious and dinners in the restaurant were first class. This hotel represented Italian hospitality at its finest!

I very much enjoyed my 7-night stay at the Parco Borromeo. Front desk staff, and Giacomo in particular, were fantastic. The room itself was novel and pleasant. Breakfast was pretty good, though the eggs were often dried out. The location is serene, particularly if your room looks out into the park and trees. The hotel is also within 10 minutes' walk of the Cesano Maderno train station, which offers decent frequency to both Milan proper, as well as other areas of interest, like Lake Como.

The staff provided amazing service, including a very nice dinner, even outside standard service hours. The hotel had a really pleasant historical feel to it but might be in need of some restoration. Good value, convenient for tourists visiting Milan, and we'd definitely recommend it.
