We arrived at 1am and everything was super easy to get in with the swlf checkin the staff ordered a taxi for us breakfast was served. Everything was great🙏

Must call a phone number posted at the door, talk to host to get a code for the door and room number. Keys at the door of the room. Outside looks lame. Inside is fine. No lift. We left luggages in the trunk for lot of steps to climb. Ok parking overnight in a small street in front of hotel. Breakfast is ok. Host is nice.

The host was very kind and helpful, giving us accessories for the baby and everything we needed. Room service every 2 days - we had a spotless room, all the employees were kind and breakfast was great. Definitely worth it and if we will travel again to Palermo, we would like to stay here again.

We stayed at Cinisi Vacanze the night before we flew out of Palermo. It was a 15 minute ride to the airport and they arranged our early morning transportation for our flight. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood and we walked to dinner. Our room was clean and nicely appointed. We did not partake of breakfast as we flew out very early.

Great location, walkable to main street. We had chosen this place because it said on Expedia there were washer/driver in the rooms but we had to go to a laundromat (6 minute walk but still). The driver for the airport transfer was super great

It was super easy to check in and 15 minutes away from the airport. It was very spacious.

Huge comfortable space at an affordable price. We didn't get to explore the area. Street parking was easily available but challenging given the streets were incredibly narrrow.

Room was spacious and very fresh and sparkling clean. Negative was I could hear everything people in the room above me said and did as if we were in the same room. The service was friendly and for the price it was fine for the short night I stayed there

Chose this hotel because of it's proximity to the airport. We weren't sure what to expect but we're pleasantly surprised with the facilities and room. Our room was clean, spacious with nice tall ceilings. The bathroom was spotless and fully loaded with all the amenities. The hotel itself is located around the corner from the main strip so we weren't far from food. The reception desk wasn't staffed around the clock. Fortunately we didn't need their services. We did encounter a fellow traveler who did and he was having a hard time trying to get in touch with the staff to resolve a situation.

We spent just one night here but enjoyed the spacious "family" room on the top floor. Accomodations included a large private patio area that we were not around long enough to enjoy. Breakfast was just okay but staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location is tight - right off a series of very narrow streets, a little confusing to get to, but all worked out. We parked our rental car on the street.
