We really enjoyed our stay at Coho. The room overlooked the ocean and it was just beautiful! The whole town was very quiet and the beach was easy to access. I felt like Coho was much better quality and cleanliness than other hotel nearby. However the shower did have a bit of mold and the breakfast was not great.

A table outside would be nice for drinks or games. Hot tub too hot for some old people

Appreciated the elevator and ocean view. Also like the accessible fire pit. Bathroom wasn't big enough for my wheelchair, so next time I'll make sure to get an ADA room and one with a balcony.

The lobby and other common areas of this hotel are well maintained,we arrived after 8 pm and the front desk staff member was great and made some recommendations for a nearby restaurant where we could get dinner. the room itself, listed as a deluxe king, was so so, the room had a bad odor and was very small, I’m not sure what made it deluxe, when we opened the window to allow fresh air in it would only open a couple inches, my guess is because it was in the second floor, the windows are so dirty you can hardly see out of them which was disappointing as this hotel is right on the beach and has a beautiful view . The air conditioner did not work which made the room stifling hot, one of the electrical outlets is just hanging out of the wall. We had to leave early due to a family illness but honesty we probably would have left early anyway

Although there was no beach access they had a sand terrace with open fire pits. It was awesome and we were able to watch the sunset over an open fire.

The rooms are small but have everything you need. However, we didn’t go for the room, location, location, location!! The view is amazing! We would definitely return here.

Best feature of hotel is the Oceanview and you can bring your dog(s) for extra 25$ per dog per night. Fire pit is nice . Rooms are small and need updating. Bathroom is smaller than anything I've ever used. Poor condition overall.

The views to the ocean were spectacular. And to fall asleep and wake up to the waves crashing was so good. The staff were amazing. Shout out to Tiffany, Jonathan and Aurora. Super helpful and friendly. Lincoln City has a lot to offer - hiking for all levels, beach combing and tide pools, shopping including glass blowing. Definitely want to come back next year!

To be honest, we were not impressed at all with Coho. Other reviews were so positive, but we found it to be a big, unpleasant, very ordinary hotel. The room was worn and out dated and had a funny smell, the coffee at breakfast was horrible, and the breakfast selection was par with Motel 6. Very little good food options in the area. Just sub par all the way around. We did like the beach though and got in two great walks.
