Some units are clean and some aren’t. Similarly some units are older and appliances don’t work. But the front desk staff is very accommodating

Had a wonderful stay at Surf Parade Resort! Came for the Gold Coast marathon & this was the perfect place to recover with the pool, spa & sauna on site. The view from our apartment of the ocean & hinterland was breathtaking & far beyond what we expected. Would definitely recommend & we will return

Apartment very clean, roomy & had the basics, but is in need of an update. The blinds do not close properly in the lounge room. A little noisy next to the lift as well. Otherwise was an OK stay close to the beach & transport.

It was a pleasant stay and I got a special visitor who flew in to say ‘Hi’. The accommodation is suitable for family stay but would be too big for a solo traveller like myself.

This hotel is in a good position, and a comfortable stay. Some simple things could improve the stay some tissue boxes for example. Unfortunately one of the elevators was not working when I arrived, I can live with that. However the next day I 2nd lif was out of order and I had to carry heavy boxes of documents up and down 9 flights of stairs. For a business meeting in town. That’s the primary reason for the 4 stars. Other wise it was a comfortable stay. PS I’ve just turned 66, it was very taxing.

Great place to stay

An older property of service apartments, some with residents and some holiday go-ers. Everything was clean and comfortable enough, good air conditioning split systems,fans in each room, nice balcony. Parking was free underground and convenient. Was great for a 5 night stay noting there is no room service. Wouldn’t stay longer than that. But all in all a good cost effective option in a decent area between Surfers and Broadbeach.

Excellent location

LOVED IT!! About a 15 min walk to surfers paradise however only 3 min walk to the tram which costs $1.50 and gets you there in less than 5 mins. Also just 2 min walk to the beach Gym onsite wasn’t great, only 4 pieces of equipment. Lovely spacious apartment and balcony FREE TENNIS

The one bedroom apartment was clean, comfortable, reasonably quiet and competitively priced. Close to the tram stop and about half way between the Broadbeach shopping\dining area and Cavill Mall, so you can have a lovely walk to either or take the tram. We didn't use the pool or gym but had a look and both seemed really nice. The apartment had a small kitchen and laundry facilities. The receptionist was lovely and very professional when dealing with an, 'interesting' guest as I was checking out. Highly recommend and we will certainly be back.

The apartment was well maintained, clean and comfortable. It felt light and airy and had views out to the hinterland from the balcony and bedroom. It’s halfway between Cavill and Broadbeach and is relatively quiet with beach, coffee and a small grocer (Broadbeach Grocer) all a few minutes walk. Close to bus and tram stop. Lovely pool area and tennis court. Enjoyed our stay.

Easy, safe, clean, quiet, friendly staff and affordable

Excellent location situated close to the beach, the G tram & shops. The pool was clean & clear & the staff very friendly & helpful We will be staying again.

The stay was great 15 minutes walk to surfers great room big bathroom with spa will be staying there again very soon

Tidy Clean unit (a little tired); helpful staff convenient location

Apartment neat and clean but small. Nice balcony and view. Pool and spa were great. Undercover free car parking was an asset. However, interior very small, suitcases need to be kept in living room as there is only 1 tiny 1 door wardrobe. No towel racks in bathroom which doubles as a laundry. No broom, no dish brush or kitchen sponge, just a tea towel. Convenient location.

Property was really clean and comfortable. Easy parking and walking distance to Broadbeach.

Enjoyed our stay there, loved the pool, spa and sauna, ice machine near pool was handy too
