This hotel was the best part of our trip! The room was so big with lots of space for us to be comfortable. The bed was so comfortable along with the bedding and the pillows! We booked a baby bed in advance, and it was in great condition, clean and came with bedding which our toddler loved. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I loved the space outside and in the lobby to hangout and eat and have a drink. The water and snacks in the lobby were a nice treat.

Lovely hotel but disappointingly small room. No bathroom door and basin was at the end of the bed. Not comfortable for two guests

The bed was so comfortable, and the room was huge! The hotel was modern and clean, and the staff very attentive. The bar had good cocktails and the breakfast was great, though a bit expensive. It was well located near the city centre and main attractions, but a bit out of the way so it was nice and quiet. Overall we would 100% stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in general. The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. Breakfast was spectacular. There was one thing that made our stay less enjoyable: staircase was the only way to get to our room with two kids. The family room is on a residential building attached to the hotel. The good side is that you have more privacy and very easy to get in and out without having to bump into other guests. The staircase is steep and somewhat narrow so for us, tired parents with messed up knees was not great. I guess you just need to be aware of that if you have mobility issues. Besides that, great location near supermarket, restaurants and walking distance to maintain attractions of the city. The front desk service was great and we highly recommend the hotel.

Perfect location in the magical town of Bruges. Staff were attentive and knowledgeable with great nearby restaurant recommendations. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and sights. Room was modern and spacious with all amenities.

Beautiful, artsy boutique hotel. Staff was very helpful with luggage, restaurant reservations and ensuring we were comfortable. Centrally located and convenient to tourist attractions. We loved the family loft we stayed in.

The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Front desk (Tine), breakfast attendant and housekeeper were all outstanding, and made our stay great!

Lovely hotel, really enjoyed our room and stay overall. Really personal service, lovely attentive and helpful staff, great food. Hotel was clean, however extra attention re cleaning in the lift, door handles, mirrors, skirting boards (the places often overlooked on daily cleaning) would really go far to making it feel spotless.

Overall, an excellent experience. The staff was especially helpful and gracious. I could foresee a problem with noise intruding into some of the rooms that overlook the patio area; given the cold season, however, such issues did not occur. The TV never did work, despite the staff changing batteries in the remote. This was not a major inconvenience, but could be annoying for some. Finally, the €35 was definitely overpriced. However, despite these concerns, our stay was a pleasure.

We arrived by taxi to a very warm welcome from the reception staff All was in order my reservation was found quickly which I was slightly nervous about as I had book this trip in June but all my fears faded away Thankyou Hotels.Com great service We were shown to a seat and all the necessary information relayed to us in perfect English We were given a map and the young lady highlighted all the tourist sights and where the hotel was That done She escorted us to our room and again explained how everything worked ect The room was excellent clean tidy in great decorative condition bathroom very clean and stylish what’s more the room was warm the whole hotel was at a very comfortable temp We noticed virtually no noise from outside and as we were overlooking a busy shopping road was very nice at night the lack of noise was amazing We decided to have the hotel breakfast which was great plenty of choice both continental and full English and bubbles to go with breakfast nice touch Our experience both with Hotels .com and our hotel of choice was excellent a perfect location for all the attractions and a thoroughly enjoyable trip I cannot recommend this hotel more highly Please give it a try

Hotel is very close to everything you would like to see, but it sits just far enough away from the chaos. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We loved the personal feel and would certainly like to return.

We love this hotel!!! I’m not sure if it’s a 4 star hotel but I’d say this is a five star hote! it is so amazing. Very chic, super clean and very modern. It’s a three min walk to Grote markt. Aaaaaamazing place to stay!!! Highly highly highly recommend. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
