Great place, but very pricey. Top notch service

The best staff ever!

Staff was amazing !!!!

I received no confirmation for this booking. I did not know that it had been confirmed, was charged the full amount, despite trying to talk to Hotels.com customer service. I lost 900 dollars. The sole communication was a day of email from Hotels.com asking how my check in went - other than that, I have zero evidence that this was ever confirmed outside the 900 dollar charge on my credit card. Super disappointed in both the property, who refused any type of refund whatsoever despite this being a sold out weekend in the area that they easily could have recouped this booking loss from, and hotels.com, for the lack of supportive resolution.

A premium hotel that did not have towels in the room to get started and we didn’t realized till late at night. Dropped our bags off and went to explore. Next up and this is the absolute worst part to be kept up from 230 to 445 AM to banging and drilling. This is unacceptable. Waiting to here about why and a compensation resolution.

Most of the staff were not attentive/friendly.

This property charged $50 per night of stay for Valet parking; when we arrived, they said Valet was the only possible way to park and neither Expedia nor the resort informed me about the parking charges, so when I checked out, this came as a surprise. Would have preferred to be informed.

The quality of the building and the design overall is top. Service is good but slow. Convenient rooms as well.

I had an issue with my check - in but the manager noticed my review and promptly addressed it and made it right. Very impressed with their attentiveness and service.

Great property and tremendous service. Staff was fabulous. Room was spacious and comfortable. Talk to the parking valets for tips on local sites and eats. Aspen in general is pricey and the Viceroy is no exception. Be prepared to pay double the price for food, etc over most areas.

Staff was great

Great facility very clean very supportive staff including the valet drivers and the concierge desk personnel. House keeping was excellent on daily bases . The only thing I did not like and prevented me from putting 5 stars review is the surprise fees. There is daily 50$ resort fees and daily 50$ parking fees I wish the had mentioned it prior to booking on Expedia website

Great for family. Very clean and modern. Great views of the mountains.

Overall fine stay but they seemed to be quite short staffed. it took them 45 minutes to replace a coffee machine, and when they came the first time they simply brought coffee cups not the machine forcing me to wait for the machine in the lobby to try to instill a sense of urgency. I also went to ask the front desk a question and the woman literally shooed at me to say that she was busy and i needed to wait for the next receptionist. Beautiful hotel but staff is not equipped to manage clients.
