We had 2 nights here and so glad we chose Kingscote as it is closer to the main attractions of the island. The Seaview room was spacious and comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was lovely and quite reasonable. Highly recommend.

Fantastic spacious and super clean room with ocean views and a spa. Staff were friendly and good at the pub was great. I strongly recommend walking down to the jetty as we saw a handful of seals laying on rocks to the right of the jetty.

An excellent location, right in town and by the water. Restaurant on-site. No elevator, so must climb stairs. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Room 1 hears the exit door slamming all the time. Balcony useless as wind screens so dirty you could not see anything. Toilet seat does not fit right, too small!

Great views from our room and the restaurant, which we had breakfast at. The staff was helpful and friendly too. The cappuccino was delicious.

The apartment required çonsiderable maintenance, and had a bad drain odour. The front door did not lock at anytime and we could only obtain one key which caused difficulties. The beds were not in the locked position and moved across the room. For the cost not very impressive

This is a hard place to rate. Older building that has been updated. It might be the best option on the island, but off the island it would be average. No elevator in building 1 so getting luggage up all the stairs is not ideal. But the staff was amazing and very helpful.

Deluxe suite was very comfortable. Beautiful views. Close to everything.

Not the worst place but more run down than the photos lead on. Stains on the curtains and on the floors, shower is in need of a deep clean. Really nice view from the balcony.
