Room was clean, nice, upscale. View was beautiful. Breakfast was pretty but taste was average, not great. Front desk staff was monotone and short, not personable.

Clean rooms, we enjoyed the view and pool facilities though a booking was required to use the spa and steam room

Great place to stay in Concepcion. Easy access to the highway that take you to Talcahuano, Penco and downtown. Having the casino and underground parking is a must. Breakfast is very good. I enjoyed the stay a lot.

The staff lack hospitality training. Almost impolite and rude due to lack of training and my expectation in a 5 star facility

The hotel was under renovation. No gym, no pool, only one elevator was functioning and there were materials and furniture everywhere. The check in was long and they made me wait until 3 pm to give me a room. Room service did not work. I left checked out 9/4 because it was very bad. I am waiting for a refund and apology.

Only a short stay ahead of a local meeting. Convenient location and good level of service and quality of hotel.

Very good facilities and better people and management

I was left hanging on the phone for an hour at intervals talking to different people who did not speak english, called back many times, same story, all i wanted to do was to verify my booking so my wife could put expenses on my credit card, terrible service, no apology from them, never again

Oskar in the bar is fabulous. They try hard to speak English. Very accomadating.

Very happy with this hotel. Staff at the restaurant for dinner is the best, not to happy with staff at the breakfast. I recommend this hotel!!!

Hotel wifi is bad, we could never get connected. Carpets need to be changed or deep cleaned (they were decent but clearly worn). The complimentary coffee/tea downstairs near the reception was never hot and the water was never cold. Overall the hotel provided a pleasant atmosphere. We rented two rooms. The bedding and overall room was clean.
