Wonderful visit for our 30th wedding anniversary. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Hotel was fresh and updated.

Very relaxing, clean and stylish minimalist design. Quiet location within walking distance to dunes and reed beds. Excellent cycling lanes. Plenty of wildlife and within easy cycling distance to colourful bulb fields, coastal tracks, wetlands and villages. Limited places to eat without transport. The food in the restaurant however is delicious and excellent quality but fairly pricy. Limited choice for vegetarians/vegans. Always at least 2 fish options. Around 100-110 euro for 2 mains, sides, desserts and beers. With wine, coffee and starters this would be considerably more. The service can be slow when it’s busy. Expect it to take 2 hours for an evening meal. The self service buffet breakfast is also excellent. All fresh, great choice and all prepared and presented to a very high standard. The rooms are lovely. Stylish and minimalist. Limited storage so you have to be neat and tidy or you spoil the clean lines! They had new beds. Really comfortable and we slept very well. Maybe that was also the fresh air, good food and relaxing atmosphere. This is our second visit and would definitely return and recommend. The texel hopper is cheap to transfer to and from the ferry port but only runs hourly and can take 45mins plus depending on other pick ups so bear that in mind when planning journey home.

This was the perfect location for my trip with great food, accommodations, staff, and clean.

Beautiful hotel with fabulous food which was reasonably priced. Staff were very helpful and welcoming Rooms were spacious, and comfortable. Toilet door didn’t quite close properly which was interesting. Hotel was a little isolated but the hopper service was fabulous and by the hotel. Bike shed was a little small which made storing our bikes tricky.

I enjoyed the sauna, great meal and slept great!

The hotel and food are wonderful as is the island. As Americans we would enjoy a bed that is one bed and not two put together. It is All over like that not just this hotel. We enjoyed our meals and cocktails tremendously. Be sure and make reservations though!

It was a great experience. Lovely staff and the food was amazing. Lovely spa, however we were not able to book for massage or treatments on the day we arrive since we were told to do so 3 weeks in advance.

I had a fabulous stay at Hotel Texel. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities and surroundings are amazing. The service was superb. The food was very good. Cannot fault the hotel at all.

Amazing place, well organized and friendly staff. The only negative part was that there were children running around in the hallways making a lot of noise and children driving a motorized car in front of our bedroom window every day which was not very pleasant.

Welcoming hotel that is in great condition and breathes a nice atmosphere. Had a great time staying here -4 nights- and will definitely go back when visiting Texel. Lots of facilities and the food is amazing (including the breakfast).

Good location for the airfield. Only a 6 minute walk away and not at all noisy. 10 min drive to local collage with shops, bars and restaurants.

One of the best hotels in the area. We had a lovely three nights here. Enjoyed ourselves. Maybe not a true 5 star hotel but a good standard location, very modern and clean.Downside - no air conditioning and would benefit from "Smart TV's". Breakfasts were very nice - good choice and service. Staff all smart and very pleasant. Bit of noise from road or farmers if you are at front.

My friends and I spent one night in this beautiful hotel in the magical island of Texel. The breakfast was delicious, the staff was very friendly and gave us a wonderful dinner recommendation. The Spa was fantastic as was the massage service.

Fijn hotel met plezierige bediening op alle fronten, eten in t restaurant was zowel ‘s ochtends als ‘s avonds Top! Matras was ons iets te hard, maar werd gelijk opgelost met een topper…

We hebben samen met onze dochter van 1 heerlijk 3 nachten genoten in dit hotel. Alles was schoon en perfect onderhouden. Er werd voor de kleine een heerlijk avondeten gemaakt in het hotel bij het restaurant. Kan niks meer zeggen dan 5 sterren ! :)
