Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast.

Very peaceful and comfortable stay. The food was delicious the hot tub was lovely and the staff were very hospitable. We would stay again but would stay longer next time.

The hotel staff where great helpful with any queries about locations as things we wanted to do hotel was quiet clean and set ina beautiful scenic location

The hotel is very lovely with a spectacular view. Our room was clean and comfortable. We loved having a drink either on the balcony or in the backyard of the property and marveling at the mountain views. The staff was professional and very friendly.

When check out time came, my baby was still taking a nap. So I requested 30 minutes delayed, she accepted my excuse. And she asked me how was your baby’s nap. A little kindness made me happy and glad. She said come to Poland again, as if I could come to Zakopane I would like to stay this hotel thanks to her.

The desk staff is excellent. They helped me in everything I asked. The view from The restaurant is awesome. If you have a car or take a transfer from the airport, It’s a great place to rest. The bath tub is big, good temperature and a facing the mountains. The bathroom is big enough to fit a bath. It would be great to have one.

Hotel with a nice view on mountains and lots of open space . Staff was very helpfull and let us check out later than planned. Definitely can recommend that for a stay if you have a car.

Breathtaking location, room was clean and nice, breakfast was delicious, we could even try some regional specialties. I would definitely visit again and recommend to anyone who is looking for a good, not too expensive place to stay not far from Zakopane.

Great little hotel with good spacy rooms, kept clean and tidy. Stunning views from room balcony on mountains panorama. Tasty and fresh breakfast served every morning. Sauna and jacuzzi available to all guests. Unfortunetly, hotel staff need to learn good manners after making silly and unnecessary comments behind my backs. Reception was unable to solve minor problem breakfast related, even after admitting fault on their side during booking. Shame other wise that would have been 5 out of 5. Thank you

One of the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The location is really beautiful. Rooms are big and very clean. The staff are really helpful.

The hotel location was ideal. Zakopane town is very busy in July, so it was preferable to be out of town. The picture gives a very accurate indication of the surroundings. The Tatras look much closer in real life. The hotel staff were very friendly and the rooms were good. Breakfast was superb, with a changing mix of local dishes. The evening meal was fairly basic by comparison but there are a couple of restaurants within walking distance (we preferred the Klabucek).

Location is very pretty but not reachable without a private car. Hotel is very clean but rooms are tiny and run out of fresh air very quickly. Breakfast is among the best we have had in Poland. However once we ordered two coffees in the afternoon which cost 24 zloty which is way overpriced! Stay here if you have a car and can get a good room rate that includes breakfast.
