Great hotel for price location and the kindest staff

The carpet was heavily stained. The bathroom had poor lightening. Concierge personnel was great.

Nice location, staff are not very nice

The staff was very helpful. The property was in a great location. The hotel is quaint and not modern with narrow steps and dark hallways.

This hotel is located within walking blocks of the Arc of Triumphe and the Champs-Elysee shopping avenue. Plus, is about a 20 minute walk to/from the Eiffel Tower and many restaurants. The hotel provides a nice breakfast and there is coffee, 24/7. Our room and bathroom were very clean, comfortable, good A/C, and hot water. TV is all local and in french. I want to give kudos to their staff, and especially Thierno, Vitalie and Ahmed for being very attentive, caring and going the extra miles during our 9 day stay. Definitely a wonderful, quiet location, well priced and one I would return to use.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood but just a block away from restaurants and coffee shops. Room very small even for just occupant as well as the elevator one person & one suitcase & that’s it. Friendly staff.

The position of the Hotel is fantastic! Very close to the champs Elyse, with bakery and shops around. Friendly staff.

Great stay

Terrific service and great communication.

This small hotel is centrally located (between the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triumph) and is in a fairly quiet area of the city. It is well priced considering the location. The concierge is very helpful and accommodating. The Rooms are a bit small and the bar area in the lobby is very limited. Overall, we were quite satisfied with our stay and the magical experience of Paris itself :-)

Cleaness

From start to finish our stay was excellent. The staff went above and beyond to look after us. The breakfast was plentiful and there was a good choice, the room was very clean and a good size. Overall we couldn't wished for a better place to stay

Walking distance to Eiffel tour, Trocadéro ( you can take beautiful pics of Eiffel Tower) Arch of Triumph, and Champs-Elysees.

I booked two nights for my mom’s birthday. I asked for fresh flowers to surprise her with. They put her flowers in a vase on the bedside table and added some balloons. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They work well with international travelers.

Overall stay was ok. However, the property is a bit far from the station. The lights outside the room in the lobby is so less that I had to turn the mobile flashlights on as I could barely see. (it was kinda scary). The room was okay, the hairdryer was broken/didn't work. The staff was helpful even though there was slight communication problem.

Overall, very good Hotel. Excellent value very friendly staff. Definitely will stay again.
