This place is a beautiful oasis in the middle of the city. The property has gorgeous landscaping all throughout the place. There is an awesome pool and a trampoline. Patio area to chill at and the rooms are in great condition. Set up like an apartment with a full kitchen. Great location, it is not far from restaurants, a local shop and only about 15 mins from the tourist are with the Leaning Tower, Cathedral, etc. Our host Virginia was absolutely amazing and so incredibly helpful. I would definitely stay here again, I highly recommend it!

The property is convenient for visiting Pisa city centre and the tower. The staff at the property were very friendly. The property was clean and so was the pool and pool area. The pool is great, although it does close at 7pm which is typical for Italy, although if you’ve been visiting the city during the day, longer pool opening would be advantageous. The problem with this place is that there’s literally nothing there, there’s a restaurant in the evenings, which I have to say is brilliant. However, that’s it! There’s not even a vending machine on site so you have to leave for everything. There is a Lidl and some local restaurants but you need a car to get to these. The room was clean and tidy and the aircon was awesome. I felt that the room was outdated, the TV isn’t a smart to so no Netflix etc, the sofa was old and uncomfortable and not facing the TV, the bed was 2 singles pushed together and was worn and uncomfortable. Just in need of some basic updates and modification/maintenance. I wouldn’t stay again.

Hótelið er nýtt og öll þjónusta til fyrirmyndar. Eigendurnir aðstoða gjarnan við allt sem þarf. Fjölskylduíbúðirnar eru mjög rúmgóðar með tveim svölum. Sundlaugasvæðið er frábært, hreint og huggulegt. Veitingastaðurinn á hótelinu var einn sá besti sem við borðuðum á:)

Great location about 20min walk or 5mins in car from the Tower of Pisa. Onsite restaurant was ok although trying to be fine dining in terms of portion size so only ate there once. Breakfast was continental which was ok. Has a pool and full kitchen inside the villas. Enjoyed our time especially in the pool in such heat. Rooms has aircon. Will be back as loved Pisa

The apartment was good. The people are friendly and helpful. The food is homely. One suggestion that I would provide is that the sofa beds cab be improved. The mattress sinks and it is a bit unconmfortable to sleep. The mail bed room beds are though good.

Our 1 bedroom apartment, with it's pleasant private garden terrace was very clean & spacious. Excellent fresh bed linen & towels. The amenities are basic but all we needed, we even cooked a lovely pasta meal for ourselves one evening. Brits take note no kettle, so if you're not happy to boil your water in a pot (literally couple of minutes) then bring a travel kettle. The Manager Salvatore & his charming wife were so helpful to us. The whole team are warm & friendly, special mention to Steffano who was amazingly kind, efficient & became a good friend! Nothing is too much trouble for the San Ressore family! Not to forget the excellent restaurant chefs who certainly did Italian cuisine proud & even baked lovely cakes for us to enjoy with our afternoon coffees at the delightful pool area. This is a real heaven after a busy day sightseeing. So enjoyable in fact we stayed at the complex rather more than we intended! Perhaps having a car would be easier to travel around the area as there is only a local bus which runs to the main train station in Pisa and ceases around 8pm. As we did not have a car we relied on the bus/trains and taxis, but considered this a willing compromise to enjoy the beautiful & chilled vibe of the complex. There is a small but extremely well stocked local store literally 3 minutes walk away, along with a fruit shop & butchers for lovely fresh cold meats/cheeses/wine etc. All you need to keep your fridge fully stocked! Local restaurants are 10 minutes walk.

Badly described, we had to leave and find another hotel. Miles from anywhere ,no evening restaurant, no spa facility. This was in fact a family self catering complex with a pool. Run by helpful family, but not at all as described, no disabled facility and you need a car to stay here.

The apartments are fairly modern and pretty well equipped for a quick meal from the stove or breakfast. Unfortunately our fridge didn't work and although the receptionist said she'd send someone over they never arrived. As we were there only one night it wasn't a disaster.

Location is quiet and within a five minute drive to the city centre. Pool for a nice cool down on a hot day. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Would be great is you were travelling with some children

The hotel was about a 3km walk from the city of Pisa along a rather run down road and under a railway bridge. The bus service was good but only went every hour. The apartment itself was large but very damp and the floors were not very clean at all. In the bathroom there was layers of mould under the door. This was made even more poignant as we were charged with a 50 Euro cleaning bill at the end of the stay! The staff were friendly and the nice pool was appreciated.

This residence is normally for conventions but they accommodate short-term stays. The room was like a small apartment, kitchen and amenities included, you could prepare your own meals. We had a room in a separate unit, with our own private entrance. The pool was not well kept at the time of our stay.

Un soggiorno piacevole e tranquillo immersi nel verde. A due passi dal centro facilmente raggiungibile in macchina o tramite la fermata bus vicino alla struttura

Un residence tra il mare e Pisa, prossimo al Campo dei Miracoli. Un appartamento confortevole sufficientemente provvisto del necessario. Il posto silenzioso con un giardino di fronte. Pulito (traccia di muffa nel box della doccia). Il parco a pochi minuti d’auto consente belle passeggiate. Anche l’ippodromo è prossimo

It’s a bit off not a nice walk with kids. But it was very nice apartments and pool.

Sehr saubere Unterkunft, freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Die Unterkunft ist zu empfehlen, es braucht halt ein Auto .

Very noisy due to a childrens park that were arranged while we were there. Clean and spacious apartments. The outside of the apartment were a bit small and somewhat dirty

Very nice pool area, perfect with kids. Clean and peaceful environment with beautiful garden area. Friendly and helpful staff. Bit far from the city centre and train station but easy to travel by bus, although schedules were not very dense (works with good planning). Bathroom was little bit small.

Ruhige und gepflegte Anlage mit schönem Pool. Zu Fuß sind es es zum schiefen Turm 20-30 Minuten, man ist also relativ nah zum Zentrum und doch weit genug weg, um Ruhe zu gaben. Die Zimmer sind groß und gut aufgeteilt, die Leute sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Super sted
