They were not very friendly when we had a family member come visit us at hotel .and they are very nosy ..

For the price it's was OK

I could have dealt with most of the issues like big roaches no bathroom door small crusty towels loud music all throughout the day and night and small rooms... The beds and pillows though or the lawn over and leaf blower guys buzzing at at 7am for 2 hours and the stained up crime fighters in front of our room sealed it for me not worth the money it's not the dirtiest place I've stayed

Front desk staff is extremely rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful.

This property is absolutely full of palmetto bugs.I think turf is in the driver's seek.Re!!

This wasn't bad for a quick weekend stay. The rooms are upgraded, the bed was just hard.

Great motel

This property was extremely noisy.Every single night I was there, there were roaches everywhere, and I mean, palmetto, bugs the big ones! The staff was very friendly, but yeah, the roach problem.And the noise from other tenants was completely out of control.

It was extremely loud and noisy every night i was here.

The place was great

Front Desk personnel. (Didn't greet us). Not the most pleasant person. She didn’t try to acknowledge my concerns about the room.

Towels were really small

Rooms are ample and quiet. Very relaxing. My only problem was that the mini fridge doesn't work that well, didn't keep drinks cold freezer wasn't any better either.

When e we go to Bartow we usually stay there and it is good. This time we didn’t have enough hot water for us to get a bath/shower. Usually get the same room because we know what it is like. But this time same room but the beds were really firm/hard. No ottoman to go with the chair.
