The pillows are horrible but bed was good. Typical hotel noise of other guests being loud at night ,doors slamming, laughing/talking etc

The beds are uncomfortable and the bed legs are noisy. The bathroom had limited amenities, and the training room equipment was old and noisy. Check-in was slow, and the door’s magnetic lock was defective or had dying batteries.

Dirty wash cloth was left in bathroom when we arrived. Smelled like smoke

The room we booked was a king bed and the ac broke…we switched to another room and it was a double bed and it felt like a twin size hard bed definitely tossing and turning all night
