Gluten free waffle option was a pleasant surprise!

Everything was good.

As usual, my stay at this hotel was excellent. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The amenities including the exercise room and the breakfast buffet were also excellent. Finally, the staff was friendly and helpful.

We hada great time in the tri-cities. The hotel was claen and staff was friendly. Would stay here again.

Room smells of smoke. Not much around hotel, area seems safe though. Dated lobby and elevator. Broken auto door. Staff very friendly and helpful.

After many attempts I could not get the TV to work. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean.

Great rooms--very clean. Very nice staff. The breakfast has lots of choices.

The bed was comfortable and location was easy to get to. Appreciated the morning meal.

This was an excellent Best Western. Will stay again when in the area.

Room was clean. Personal care products were very nice and in eco friendly large containers. Bed was comfy. Breakfast had nice selections including fresh fruit and the coffee was hot.

I received a text from the hotel upon check-in telling me to text back if I had any needs/requests, and I asked for an office chair to use in my room. The desk was up way too high for the size of the chair they put with it. They did not respond at all. I was disappointed by this, as I was planning on doing quite a bit of work from my room - but I couldn't due to the odd setup of the desk/chair. Also things were just a bit run down (scuffed up furniture, bath mat, etc.) But overall a good stay.

The destination hotel did a great job. The reservation on their and showed a deluxe king. I received a printout of the reservation as received to the hotel from the hotels.com reservation. My hotels.com reservation clearly shows two queen beds. My suspicion is a Code that is incorrect between the hotel and hotels.com. As far as I can tell the destination hotel did fantastic. But on one point hotels.com failed to give me the correct room. Arriving late in the evening I just stuck with what was available. And what they had a course scheduled from hotels.com Please let me know what remedy can be madefrom hotels.com. Once again, the best western in Kennewick did great.
