as a IHG member, this place just could be better. arrived tired at midnight and we're disappointed as we're given small room "due to booking through traveloka (expedia)". service was bad (and they did realised and apologised afterwards). they said they "already upgraded" the room but still did not meet our expectation at all. we did not want to make a scene and paid extra to have both rooms upgraded to decent size too, $100/night for both rooms. will think twice before staying there again.
