very enjoyable 4 night stay at THB Fermin Benalmadena liked the pool very nice food at breakfast and dinner good facilities in room nice shower with good pressure would recommend and would visit again

Enjoyed my stay here.Very friendly and helpful staff.Great amenities.Close to the beach.Only downside was the hotel next door playing loud music till late daily.

I was able to check in immediately even after arriving 2 hours before the stated time. Room was spacious and very comfy. Air con was perfect. The bathroom was decent, two shower heads and a big window. Pool are was lovely. Always able to get a sun bed. Lots of natural shade in the afternoons. Pool itself was good. Was a big size and had a deep end. The only slight grumble I had was that the water wasn’t very refreshing in the hot days, but it was the middle of summer so I guess the sun warms it up. But it didn’t stop me enjoying it still.

I stayed for 4 nights. On the whole I was satisfied with the hotel. But what annoyed me was the tea and coffee facilities were never replenished once. I am a solo traveler who was in a twin room, causing little to no mess for the cleaner in the morning. I will stay again, but will not be doing the cleaners any favours

This is our 3rd year at this hotel and every stay has been great. Great location as long as you are fit and able as it is up a steep hill. Staff are great. Ample space at the pool with plenty of sun loungers

The hotel is very modern and the rooms are very clean and spacious. The reception staff were very friendly and polite

The hotel is lovely! Had a brilliant stay as always! Lovely clean hotel and pool area with a good selection of food available but the staff are just a different level!! Antonio, Paulo, Lola and Christina in the pool bar and Natalia and Carlotta in the restaurant are just a credit to the hotel! They all made our stay perfect! Even left a 20% off our next stay and 2 free cocktails along with a birthday card in the room! Lovely guesture from a very welcoming hotel Can’t wait to return!!!

The staff were very helpful. Couldnt fault the hotel. However, the parking bays for hire cars are quite tight, leading to someone dinking our hire car. This should not reflect on the hotel.

They didn’t want to give me clean cups after using them for 2 days. When I asked they washed them out with their fingers in the bathroom sink and handed it back to me. I also got a huge attitude when asking for clean towels even though I was there for a week. The location is fine but the stay was cheap for a reason I guess.

Fantastic pool with lots of sunbeds and very helpful lifeguard. We had lunch from the snack van which was great. Hotel very well placed for either going down to beachfront or up to old town.

Lovely hotel, very modern and clean. Breakfast was amazing, lots of choice of both hot and cold foods. Good location for both town and beachfront. All staff very polite and friendly, would certainly stay here again.

The noise!!! It's absolutely ridiculous. I didn't sleep more than 30 minutes all night. It seems every time a guest went in or out of their door it would slam and the noise is heard everywhere. Then the scraping on chairs seems constant. Possibly on the balconies. But there is zero soundproofing throughout. Also, the nearest beach to the hotel is quite shabby with a strong smell of sewage as you approach the final set of stairs down. There's a lot of debris and seaweed. The positives I was left with: Parking is free in front of reception. Veronica on the front desk is super-friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is pretty good. But I would never stay here again and would recommend anywhere else due to the crazy noise there.

The hotel location was within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, shopping and attractions. The staff members were friendly and professional. The room had a fridge and tea service. Breakfast was ample but not exceptional.

Hotel was really nice with a good pool and bar area .... had a couple of issues with our room key card not working but apart from that it was a lovely stay .... my legs were a bit worn out with the bank up to the hotel but it didnt spoil our stay .
