My family and I loved staying here. The location was amazing and very close to the beach and many shopping and dining options. It was so convenient to explore the city by walking from our hotel. The staff was very helpful and kind.

No breakfast provided, no elevator and it was a hustle to bring all my lounge to the third floor.

Safe place for family, seniors & expats. Beach 'Los Muertos' is 2-3 blocks away. Walkable to restaurants, Malecon. I felt safe all the time. Uber was fast to move to further places, safe and way cheaper. Best Tacos Stand by 'Farmacia Guadalajara ' and best shrimp and cocktail/tostadas stand 'El Paisa' between corner of 'calle Libertad' and 'calle constitucion'.

This is an old style hotel with charm.

Loved this place! Very traditional and colorful. Tons of different dining options literally around the corner. Just a couple of blocks from the pier. The staff is super friendly!

Close to the nightlife

UNSAFE! Early Departure Due to Disturbance and Lack of Support by hotel staff. We will never return to this hotel. As we were sleeping last night, Supposedly "Night Staff" repeatedly pounded aggressively on my room door demanding we open up, not identifying themself by name, causing a significant disturbance and making me feel unsafe. We immediately contacted the front desk to report the issue, expecting swift assistance. Staff claimed an intoxicated individual told staff this was her room but we did not see any woman. Only a male walking away towards the street/hotel entrance. Unfortunately, no meaningful action was taken to address the situation or ensure our safety and comfort. We were disrespected and told that we had nothing to worry about by staff. We decided to leave to another hotel immediately. How could anyone go to sleep after that disturbing moment? Additionally as we were exiting, we could not leave the hotel for 5min because the front door was locked. Night staff was nowhere to be found. As we waited for the night staff to come downstairs and open the door another couple was waiting to leave as well. They said night staff was dealing with a “situation” where a partner drugged his partner, further causing us to feel more unsafe. Given the lack of response from your staff and the distressing nature of the events, we did not feel secure remaining at the hotel overnight. We have therefore decided to leave the premises and seek alternative accommodation.

It wasan eclectic and neat property. It is very loud though. The location is good, near to shops and the beach.

I did not like , some staff house keeping open door and still my peso money in my packet. So sad
