My experience was absolutely wonderful

Breakfast was very good, but I was surprised that no complimentary bottle water was in the room .

Holli the receptionist was very helpful. The floor we stayed in was very quiet and peaceful

We arrived in the evening, and another guest told us that several vehicles had been broken into the night before right in front of the front door. We walked into our room, and it smelled so bad that we couldn’t stay in it. We left the hotel and went elsewhere.

Room was a little crowded but clean,

Unauthorized charges that were not disclosed or agreed upon. Originally they tried to charge my payment method thru tap pay after I left the property and had my final bill in hand. The charge was declined as they were trying to complete another $100 Unauthorized charge to my bank. Somehow they managed to get the charge through. Be careful with this property! They are very untrustworthy. I travel a lot, and I have never had an issue with my service dog staying for one night at a hotel. Guests with service animals, beware! This is an awful place to stay!

The TV in the room never worked and was about 8-10 years old.

I wish you leave the dining chairs down, and have coffee in late night or very early. If you put the chairs up it looks so tacky in sight .
