Beautiful location away from busy town but front line view of mountain. The servers at bar and restaurant area very nice. Drawbacks- no explanation of anything at check in. Hotel details do not mention a fee for sauna yet they said we had to pay 25e per person - not good.

Centrally located and clean hotel. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent. Unfortunately, the superior room with a/c was still warm and uncomfortable.

Good stay here for two days, in a room with a balcony / yard area which was useful as we had our dog. Hotel is dog tolerant as opposed to dog friendly. Room was fine but not very well sound proofed. Clean and had all that we needed for a couple of nights. Breakfast was very good and dinner in their restaurant was very nice too. Fab location as near plenty of excellent walking routes

Not only was this the best location for access to Ordesa and Mount Perdido National Park, the hotel staff was helpful and kind, and the breakfast buffet was perfect for fueling up for days of hiking in the park. The view from our windows was incredible, and the room and bed were comfortable.

We have stayed here several times as it is a perfect dog friendly hotel. We pay for a room with a patio which is great for the dogs. The area is ideal for walkers and the scenery is spectacular. The town of Torla is unique with beautiful buildings, well worth exploring.

We love the comfortable room, delicious food at hotel' cafe and restaurant, and wish we would have time to use swimming pool.

Ideal respite during long distance hike. Campsite next door has laundrette. Pool too cold for me. Limited vegan options. Helpful staff.

Lovely hotel close to the National Park. We all enjoyed the swimming pool. Our room was very spacious and clean. The staff were brilliant ☺️

We often use this hotel as not many Spanish hotels accommodate dogs. Excellent as always.

The only down side was that the room was a bit warm even with the window on at night (aircon not working). The hotel location, the staff & food were fantastic. Great scenery to view, good for hikers,cyclists,climbers, pony treking as all available within the area of Ordesa. Highly recommend the hotel & would stay again.

The location is beautiful. Great to have parking. Breakfast was fine.

Nice rustic hotel. Lovely staff. Major downfall is there is no air conditioning in rooms and we stayed during July… very hot ! Fabulous scenery. Beautiful villages nearby to visit.

The staff hardly speaks English, the rooms are in bad Conditions. The Ac wasn’t working and the windows were stuck. Although complaining the front desk at 7 pm they did nothing to fix the problem and only after midnight they Ofer us a new room. I will recommend you to keep away from this hotel.

This was an amazing property with lovely staff and a truly excellent location. We will be back!

We checked in around 6:30pm and had no troubles. The front desk staff member He was great and his English was some of the best we had come across in our travels. He was helpful when we asked about shops in the area. The room was very nice and clean. This hotel is also very close to some great hiking.

The staff was very nice. The location was great with great views all around. Major problem with sound proofing. We could hear everything from the room next door and luckily they were not making excessive noise otherwise it would have been terrible. We could hear toilet flushing and showers from other rooms

Easy access to hikes as well as excellent food service

Pool is ice cold. Very close to everything. Food good adequate. Rooms good. Bathtub shower awkward. Staff very friendly and helpful. Shouldn’t allow people to talk on cell phones in breakfast room. Food is warm not hot. Coffee is warm not hot. We liked the place but others would prefer to be in heart of Torla in order to walk to bus for Perdido walks. Torla is only 1 km away. Pool is fine after hiking for 6 hours but bitterly cold for normal swimming.

This location was very good and price was reasonable. I loved having all 4 of my family in one large room.
