Very good

A rather poor standard for a 3 * hotel. Everything needed a renovation to bring it up to the 3 start standard. Morning buffet very simple and could be better.

make sure you are not placed in basement. Basement windows are pointed to parking lot and restaurants. You will hear people coming and leaving all night long. Window was broken - impossible to close it.

The eat and drink all you can buffet was particularly special. Supermarket close by. A long walk from train station but I managed with suitcase. Easy access to Madrid centre on train and Leganes and Getafe football clubs accessible by metro. Internet speeds could have been better. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Recommended.

Good hotel

Don’t liked the hotel, was not well maintained, not well cleaned, personnel was not very nice at service.

It was a bit rundown, holes in ceiling and air didnt work.

El hotel es muy básico, la recepcionista me atendio muy bien y en general no esta mal. Es una buena relación calidad precio y lo mejor es el colchón y la almohada de de viscolastic, muy comoda.

We arrived at 23:40 as our flight was delayed and they were very accommodating and let us access our room. This room however smelt of sewerage so bad that we requested to change room. The next room we were given smelt so strongly of cigarettes that my nose hurt by the end of the stay. Having said that, the room itself was lovely and large and the beds very comfortable and clean. They provide soap, shampoo and shower gel. It is a 15 minute walk from Getafe central station and therefore very easy to get to Madrid center.

Was an okay hotel but pretty out of the way. And not a lot of food options close by, hotel only had an Asian buffet (which was good but a bit pricey) Housekeeping was pretty noisy during the morning all around my room. Also came at different times so I never knew when to be gone for them to clean! WiFi was a bit spotty but better than some hotels I guess

Staff were very helpful, plenty of room space, very clean. Good location. :)

Very nice budget hotel at a budget price. It had all the essentials - nothing fancy, but everything you need. The buffet breakfast is excellent.

Too many Chinese and Russians, I was suffered with heavy smokers in other rooms.

Well outside Madrid (2 Trains from airport and 5-6 Euro taxi ride) in a decent, safe area literally one building away from a grocery store and around the corner from McDonald's. Hotel has free breakfast and Chinese buffet/fresh work/barbacoa with indoor/outdoor seating connected to it with prices 12-14 Euros. Clean, updated but basic rooms.

Close to local town centre but over an hour's tube journey to the centre of Madrid

Very friendly, very clean and wonderful buffet every day.

Roon was clean and tidy, Chinese buffet restaurant was reasonable. Although the spa advertised was not available.

Nice hotel, kind hotel staff. Enjoyed my stay there.

15 minutes walking to the train station. From this station, there is 5 stops to arrive to the main square of Madrid in the city center. Far from the Airport. But, you can go by metro if you have enough time. Breakfast was very good.

Pleasant room, quiet and clean. Problem though with late night noise from partner Chinese restaurant. Secure parking good at extra cost
