Nice hotel with the most spacious room I had in similar hotels in Norway. A great selection for breakfast.

Room was a little small even for only 2 people but the reception/bar staff were awesome, very helpful and friendly.

Pretty average hotel for the price. Check in was easy, reception area is open and welcoming. This is a budget hotel and the quality of the bed, bedding is budget. Towels are appalling, shower was really poor when used at peak times

Wasn’t at the location long enough to give a fair review. Seemed very standard, slightly run-down property in a fairly good location and a parking garage (run by others) below the hotel which was a plus (however costly). Quiet location was a plus (in Feb).

Great location. Just around the corner from the harbor. Short walk to restaurants & bars . Room in need of a little tlc. Breakfast was lovely.

Pretty bare bones hotel. Big focus on being eco-friendly, but comes off more as a corporate cost savings exercise. Result is poor air con, no minibar, cheap towels, and room cleaning every four days unless requested. Free breakfast was good if somewhat limited and chaotic. Location wasn't bad, but avoid if you have an aversion to going up hills or taking stairs. Many other options in Stavanger to choose from, so definitely do your research.

The room was comfortable and clean. Public areas were pleasant and welcoming.

All okay apart from breakfast on the last day where two women were wandering around bothering the guests, myself included. I don't know who they were but the staff didn't seem put out by them.

Location was great and room was spacious and had most amenities. Breakfast wasnt bad but had a larger selection at many other hotels ive stayed across Norway. This breakfast was lacking just a little in comparison to some of the others. Very disappointed in the staff member named Andreas. I asked him the evening before my departure if i could have a small breakfast to go since i had to depart at 0430 for my flight. He said hed pass along to his replacement on night shift. I should have known when he didnt write anything down. I reminded him again later in the evening and again he said he understood and still didnt write anything down. Well as luck would have it upon checkout the next morning i asked the gentlemen at the desk if he had my breakfast and he said no one told him. Go figure...if i was running a hotel that staff member who took so little effort would have been let go....thats really poor cuatomer service and his overall lack of understanding and job effort affected my review.
