The breakfast was ok. It’s what was expected but nothing special.

I regret to report an extremely disappointing experience with this hotel’s reservation policies and customer service. Due to a medically certified condition, I was unable to travel as planned and offered to provide the hotel with proper documentation to support my cancellation request. Despite this, the hotel refused to offer any refund, cancellation, or even a credit toward a future stay. While I understand that hotels have policies in place, reputable establishments typically demonstrate a degree of flexibility and understanding in genuine medical emergencies. The unwillingness to make any accommodation in this situation reflects poorly on the hotel’s commitment to guest care and basic compassion. Policies should exist to guide operations, not to penalize customers facing circumstances outside of their control. This experience has left me with no desire to stay at this property again, and I would caution future travellers to carefully consider the lack of flexibility before booking here.

The property never sent me check in information, online and on their website it mentioned check in from 3pm but no end date. It was self check in so we needed them to send the right information but instead they sent nothing and no times so once we arrived off the ferry quite late the reception was closed and not accepting calls and there was no way of contacting anyone to get help on how to access parking or our room. We had a long journey all the way there to discover no coma from the property so we had to see last minute accommodation elsewhere at 11pm!!

Everything you need, only thing missing is a hairdryer. Clean and comfortable, friendly staff.

There was an odour coming from the washroom like either sulphurous or sewer. The caught your senses as soon as the door was opened. We were able to shut the bedroom door and open the window slightly to allow fresh air in.

Shower leaks on to floor, no bathroom countertops and shelf leans spilling items in to sink, poor kitchen set up with no dishwasher or countertops.

The size of the room is good. Plenty of towels. Parking is great and in a secure area

Reception desk staff were lovely and friendly. Was a shame room wasn't cleaned during our stay, and towels weren't changed. Also would have been helpful to know the car park barrier code before arrival as parking is all private or for disabled drivers around the hotel. Overall for what we paid, the hotel was good value.

Nice large 1 bedroom apartment. Friendly staff.

Very convenient for where we wanted to go and great having private parking; Shower curtain too long so water diverted onto floor. Would like a non-slip mat in the shower.

Helpful staff and property well designed for our needs. Well supplied kitchen considering only a kitchenette.

Breakfast inconsistent and if you are arriving on a bank holiday reception is closed so they will email you how to get your room key. Overall good value for price we paid
