We had a lovely stay at The Waltzing Weasel with a very friendly and helpful host. It is a very comfortable, clean B&B with stunning views. The breakfast was delicious with very generous portions. Will definitely recommend to others.

The property had a great walk path at the back which took you into the village. Great Italian and pups in the village. Fabulous breakfast and I loved the little touch of a chocolate and biscuit left every day in the room.

This is the first time I’ve stayed at the Waltzing Weasel. It felt like an home from home and the owners were amazing. I cannot fault this hotel. The surrounding areas are also wonderful. The breakfast on the morning is first-class. I’ll definitely be back.

Plenty of safe parking next to the property. A grand building in a very pleasant setting on three bus routes with views across to Kinder Scout. A warm welcome, a lovely comfy room, generous tea/coffee/chokky in the room, a splendid shower and the breakfast options .... first class.

Overall, a great stay with a lovely host. Carol is so friendly, caters to your breakfast needs, and made for a lovely stay in the peaks. Very convenient location with aldi / petrol station nearby, also a great Italian restaurant nearby too which was recommended in their handbook- we loved it so much !

Lovely Room. Super friendly Staff

Very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Great spacious family room, clean and comfortable, with a lovely view from the window. Nice quiet location with places to eat in the evening a short walk away. Breakfast was plentiful and very good. Would definitely recommend.

We liked the warm welcome we received. The breakfast had an excellent choice. We were directed to an easy safe walk to the next village for dinner choices in the evening.

Accessible location and close to the Peak area

Amazing location. Very comfy, spotless and had all the little extras. Carol the owner was so lovely and down to earth. Views from our room if Kinder Scout and Lantern Pike were breathtaking. Breakfast was delicious. We ordered a packed lunch for yesterday. There was enough in there to keep us fully stocked up all day. Really good value for money. We would definitely recommend and will return.
