Beautiful Art Deco Hotel, although I booked a cosy room it was large and spacious with nice touches, fridge, coffee machine, water. Huge bed and shower!

We stayed in a family quadruple room with our two children (5 & 7) and it was a brilliant design. Great big bed for the adults and lovely bunks for the kids in a separate area of the room. Very comfortable beds. Hotel is very well located in the centre, yet not noisy as the windows are quite sound-proofed and we could see the beach from our room, which is a few mins walk away.

I stayed with my Grandmother and Son for 2 nights it was perfect! Great location!

Lovely newly renovated rooms- very clean and the staff was kind. Make sure to get the breakfast buffet as it hit the spot! They have amazing fresh orange juice. Great location as you can easily walk everywhere in town!

Lovely hotel in a great location for seeing Ostend and an easy walk to the bus/train station. On checking in the receptionist directed us to a free car park and we left our car there from Friday to Monday with no problems. Im afraid we didn't eat or drink at the hotel so cant comment but it always seemed busy. The beds were huge and very comfortable we will definitely stay here again if we come back

We had a lovely stay, room was clean, bed very comfy, only thing was the smoke alarm flashed all night and then in the morning we could hear the barrel delivery for the restaurant below.

Cycling Holiday. Only hotel not to have bike storage, and a reception that delivered the message in a nonchalant ‘not my problem’ approach. No issue with not having storage, but definitely not 4* service and hotel highly overpriced. Restaurant good, but hotel lacks frills and is simply rooms off a staircase/lift. On this basis alone I would question its 4* status. More of a 2/3*. Shout out to local bike shop PLUM who stored for our bikes overnight.

Lovely quiet cosy hotel close to Kursaal and the beach, a short tram ride from the train station. Staff were very friendly, the bed was really comfortable, and the room quiet. Nice café downstairs for drinks and snacks too.

Superb room overlooking the square and very convenient for the tram stops to explore the coast. Nice cafe/bar downstairs and even a cosy library on the first floor.

Very good location, but lot of construction happening at this moment. Small rooms, but modern and clean.

Tolles Hotel, sehr hilfsbereites nettes Personal. Die Lage ist nicht zu toppen. Direkt an der Promenade. 200 Meter zum wunderschönen Strand. Eigenes Café/Restaurant. Hotel befindet sich direkt am Casino, sofort nebenan Tiefgarage. Wir haben das Parkhaus aber nicht genutzt, sondern haben 2 Tage auf dem kostenlosen Parkplatz Maria Hendrikapark geparkt. Fußweg zum Hotel ca 15 Minuten, haben zuvor das gepimpelt Hotel abgeladen. War alles perfekt. Wir kommen wieder
