We had a wonderful time in Albacete. The hotel was at perfect location- walking distance to all major landmarks and close to restaurants, tapas places, and stores. Highly recommend the hotel! The hotel staff was very professional and helpful with suggestions what to see and do!

Great hotel, centrally located!

Nice local hotel - Air Conditioning not great ! I would however use again. Excellent location, also maximum 10 min walk from the train station.

Good hotel in a great location, staff were excellent and very helpful. Unfortunately the restaurant and bar were being refurbished during our trip and were closed off, we were allowed to use the cafe next door for our breakfast in the morning.

Decent hotel - super central, but air conditioning does not work, this is my second stay here and the same before. When asked at reception, just not interested. I asked for a fan but non available. My room was 28 degrees, so very uncomfortable! However they do provide free bottles of water in the room! I do have a picture of the bedroom thermostat but does not appear to be a function in this review to upload!

Hard to find parking

would have given this a 5 but it bugs me that a 4 Star hotel should at least provide tea / Coffee making facilities in the room and tissues in the bathroom. A bit of a false economy!

Quaint hotel, close t to the old town. Beds are only queen size. Great area.

Great hotel but disastrous parking and not sufficient instructions how to find the parking area two streets away and complex to find. Maps don’t show that local streets are now pedestrian walkways. So took over an hour to find hotel and parking. Otherwise great but Expedia should provide this vital information

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location is excellent, offering easy access to local attractions and amenities. The rooms are both clean and spacious, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment for relaxation. However, there are notable downsides that affected my overall satisfaction. The breakfast was quite disappointing, with only six meal options available, mostly sandwiches. If you’re in a hurry, think twice about heading to breakfast, as the service is slow and you have to wait for the staff to serve you—there’s no self-service option. Additionally, the staff, while formal, lacked a warm and welcoming demeanor. Many seemed uncomfortable with English, and I rarely saw a smile, which detracted from the hospitality experience. In summary, while the hotel excels in location and room quality, it falls short in terms of breakfast and staff friendliness. Improvements in these areas would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Hotel staff was courteous and professional. Room was a little bit dated, but well maintained. Room was reasonably comfortable. Access to parking was very poor. I spent 20 frustrating minutes driving in circles trying to find parking.

We found it tricky to locate as it is across the plaza. Parking was on a pedestrianised road and not easy to locate. Service was fine. Room was clean and it was close to the centre. Disappointed that the expedia description of the offer was not as described. Hotel had no idea of what package was being sold. Breakfast was ok- cafeteria would have been good and cheaper. Coffee and juice was good. Would choose elsewhere in future.

Good location near train station annd cathedral. Hotel impressive from the outside but no big deal in the lobby or the rooms. Rather dated although clean and comfortable. Maybe that’s all that counts.. but if you like a little pizazz, it’s not the place. The restaurant is not special but 2 taps restaurants nearby, both called Tapa Negra.

The room was not cleaned and previously used personal Items were underneath the bed. Revolting. Worse experience ever had. :( Not recommended.
