The motel is going through renovations due to new management. The staff are great and were very transparent with what was happening. My room was great, the bed was amazing. My only issue was the shower head that needs replacing. I came to Melbourne to watch the footy and chose to stay north of the city, this motel was perfectly positioned fo me. Easy to get to!

An easy motel to access

The manager is lovely, saw us parked out front before our reservation time and came to check on us and see if we were meant to be there, informed us we could check in early and was extremely polite. The room is clean, has all the essentials, has a nice little view from the window and is easy to locate. We were anxious as we're a group of teen-young adult aged people and didnt know how we would be received, the manager didn't judge us at all and even reassured us of how safe the property is.

Clean and quite rooms. Only bathroom water doesnt drain from basin. Also shower hot and cold water mixer not working properly. other then all good.

Easy check in.... had help lifting bag upstairs by a very friendly fella Walking distance to Musicland Renovating at the moment so smells were quite strong Roomy rooms with comfy beds

The room had a smell to it when we got there . We put the air conditioner on and it seemed to make the smell worse so we opened the window but no fly screen on the window & road was quite busy so a little noisy with it open . Room was clean & staff were very welcoming

Charmaine was so rude she’s the owner she’s racism, you put deposits $250 and she canceled our booking without letting us explain We have to put deposits and we haven’t seen the room we only get the key and we didn’t get any money back, I never seen anything rude reception like her. Good luck for her life

Right off the highway which is perfect and close to the train station. Secure parking behind a gate though it is a bit tight for turning around. Room is a really good size, clean, and comfortable.

It was great stay. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Air conditioning word and it was quiet enough.

The staff were great, access was so easy and secure. Room was clean, plenty of coffee and milk. On the down side, there was a door between my room and the next. The people there had no consideration for others and at 2 am i was banging on the ajoining door and saying to be quiet after my last request had been ignored.

What a beautiful hidden gem. Very clean and tidy, family rooms with a vast play ground and open area for the children to play.

We had the disability room. It was large as was the bathroom. The beds were comfortable however the beds really need brakes on the wheels as the beds move away from the wall. Overall a large clean quiet room
