Very nice outlook and friendly staff

Nice complex. Didn't realise there were so many steps to access the apartment & then when in the apartment there were another 17 steps to get to the bedroom & bathroom. Excellent buffet breakfast. Well worth the money.

The hotel was in a nice area, well maintained and we had a lovely pool and sea view from the spacious 3 bedroom apartment, 2 bathrooms which was ideal

Very clean room and clean property! The staff was super friendly and accommodating and we would definitely stay there again if the opportunity presents itself!

Lovely, friendly quiet hotel. Staff are very friendly. Stunning location. Beach not too far, we hired a car and explored this amazing island. Have booked to go back next year.

Fantastic scenery at this location. We booked a 5 night stay - room only. But what attracted us to this hotel was the apartment with the security of a hotel and its facilities.Each apartment has a kitchenette but breakfast, lunch & dinner were available buffet style for a ticket price of 7, 12 & 14 euros - including first drink free!! Great value. A local bus, leaving just outside the hotel, is available for visits to local harbour towns but be careful of timings and getting back. A visit via local bus to Mao is a must. We stayed 5 nights but if longer we would have hired a car for a few days. The apartment had comfortable beds and a patio table with chairs. Pool was great with sun loungers poolside and on the grass area above a cove. Our visit was May 2018 - weather was good, local supermarket and local beach - Cala Tirant were great. The service of the hotel fantastic. Would recommend.

We weren't told to pay for ecological fee on the island, which costed us 2,10 eu per person a day!!!!

Beautiful location and a nice pool .. but .. our room was for 3 people but we only had towels for 2 and the third bed was not made up. The breakfast was ok but the dinner buffet was dreadful. Finally, the wifi. The “free SLOW wifi” was only available in one part of the hotel grounds and took 3 minutes to a load an email! The paid wifi was €6 a day but was for only one device and was not workable in our room. There was no phone signal at all in the hotel. So ... if you want to get away from it all this place is ideal!

Fabulous views from the hotel. The resort if you could call is that is extremely quiet so if peace and relaxation is what you are looking for then this is for you. There are 5 or 6 restuarant's in the whole resort including 2 at the Carema Hotel at the bottom of the hill where the beach is. The walk to Fornells is approximately 50 minutes which is fine but its not a pretty walk its along the main road which is a little disappointing. Again Fornells is very quiet to so if you are looking for nightlife other than restaurants then this is not for you. The hotel was very clean rooms cleaned each day, pool clean but seemed very cold. We went at the end of September and I struggled to brave it and get in. I did swim though but dont remember experiencing a pool quite to cold. We have breakfast in the hotel for 7 euros which was the all you can eat buffet style and was adequate. We didn't consume any meals there so cannot comment further on this. The hotel is so quiet and because of this it did get some getting used to however if you planned on hiring a car (we didnt) then I couldn't recommend anywhere more beautiful. I would definitely go back so I always think that's a good indication of a hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff, spacious apartment and clean facilities (cleaned daily). Pool not heated, which results in a cold water that you struggle to get in and enjoy (in the end of September at least). Fantastic view, right next to the sea. The beach is at a 5/10 minutes walk away and very pleasant with crystal clear water when it is not too agitated by the wind. Even if it is, south beaches are only 20 to 25 minutes by car (Cala Galdana is great, or Cala Mitjana which is more secluded and required a 15/20 minutes walk from the parking area). These two beaches are very nice and I highly recommend trying both of them. Simple buffet, only tried it for breakfast as it doesn't look very great for lunch and dinner. We would rather buy our own food than pay the asked price for it. Overall, a very nice hotel. Would definitely recommend. A car is highly suggested to get by the island.

The service from the staff was fantastic, food as usual was very good and the hotel is fantastic for a quiet family holiday.

L’hôtel est encore mieux en vrai que sur le site web. Belle surprise ! Il est extrêmement agréable, le coin est préservé (pas de grands immeubles en béton) et la terrasse de l’hôtel extrêmement agréable avec une vue époustouflante ! La chambre était paisible et fonctionnelle. Tout était très bien entretenu. La nourriture est tout à fait bonne et le personnel convivial. Mention spéciale à la serveuse Inès qui était un rayon de soleil. Enfin nous avions peur d’avoir du mal à garer la voiture vu qu’il n’y a pas de parking mais franchement on arrive toujours à trouver des places dans la rue. La note est donc un grand 5/5. S’il fallait toutefois trouver des petits bémols, nous dirions attention si vous avez du mal à vous déplacer: il y a des escaliers partout. Également n’y allez pas pour l’animation, elle est plutôt discrète… Enfin les horaires de la demi pension sont un peu surprenants: 10h fin de petit déjeuner, ce qui est tôt en vacances, et le soir 19h30-21h30, c’est assez tôt aussi pour l’Espagne… mais rien d’incommodant, nous avons passé un super séjour !

Hotel parfait avec une magnifique vue, les appartements sont isolés et bine conçus. L'accueil est pro et le personnel est tres gentil. Tout est propre. Il y a un bar et un restaurant. Nous recommandons

Appartement confortable, jolie vue lors du petit déjeuner. Personnel agréable. Manque torchons poêle et passoire dans la cuisine. Et odeur de renfermé dans la salle de bain.

El personal es muy atento y el servicio es bueno, echo en falta que debiera haber más espacios con sombra o sombrillas alrededor de la piscina, el espacio para las tumbonas no es muy grande teniendo en cuenta el número de apartamentos del complejo. Pero la atención recibida es correcta y cuando reporte un problema se solucionó a mi satisfacción,

L'hôtel est magnifique, sur un emplacement idéal : entouré de jolies criques, et loin de la foule. Ma chambre, équipée d'un frigo, était idéalement placée, avec vue sur mer et sortie direct sur la piscine, très pratique quand on a des enfants jeunes.

Tradite le aspettative: era prevista vista mare, mentre di fronte c’erano solo alberi, non c’era aria condizionata in camera e l’appartamento era esposto al sole tutto il pomeriggio, impossibile dormire la notte per il caldo. La descrizione dell’hotel falsamente parlava di parcheggio interno gratuito e di lavanderia self service, entrambi i servizi erano in realtà non offerti. Vergognoso, vengono dette falsità negli annunci.

La posizione è sicuramene l'aspetto migliore della struttura; a poca distanza dal villaggio di Fornells e con la possibilità di raggiungere alcune delle spiagge più belle del nord dell'isola. Il complesso poi è affacciato sul mare; la vista dalla camera è la cosa che ricorderò con maggior piacere di tutto i mio soggiorno; semplicemente meravigliosa. Godevole anche la piscina per un tuffo rinfrescante dopo intensa giornata di sole e tutta l'area verde affacciata sul mare. La camera presenta qualche segno del tempo. Il personale molto cortese
