No internet in the property despite the modern is working.

I was on a business trip. The internet was not working, despite there was a modem, but no internet signal when I connected to the wifi. Please fix this issue

We had a relaxed and confortable stay at Portobello. The Property Managers were excellent and eager to help with any request. The unit itself was clean and easy to access. It is extremely close to Transport options and Pacific Fair shopping centre.

We spent two weeks in a lovely two bedroom apartment. Managers Marty and Dorelle, were outstanding hosts, extremely helpful and accommodating. The apartment was clean with everything we required. Pool was warm and well maintained. Close to the beach, Pacific Fair and dozens of restaurants. We will be returning next time we are on the Gold Coast. Highly recommend accomodation!

Hair dryer needed an Australian adaptor, not found in the apartment. Otherwise, accommodation was fine.

Property central to all our needs.

The apartment was great clean and renovated. The pool was clean and the spa warm 😎. There are two construction site close to the property so don't expect a sleep in.

Room was very clean and the staff were very helpful, welcoming and accommodating.

Portobello was so conveniently close to Pacific Fair, with supermarkets, restaurants and even a gym for me to use while visiting. It was also really a nice 15 min walk to the convention centre, where I can stop by a number of cafes to get my caffeine fix beforehand! The room itself is a little worn down, and could do with a revamp but otherwise it was comfortable.

Great location very comfortable apartment. 5 min to Beach, 5 min to PAC Fair easy walk to Broadbeach shops. Really enjoyed our stay

Managers were very helpful, great location, unit was small but had everything we needed. The unit was surprisingly quiet given its proximity to the Pacific Highway

We had just a short stay but really enjoyed it, the location was very good and we would definitely stay there again.

Amazing! Staff were helpful and friendly, room was well decorated and clean, swimming pool and jacuzzi was also clean and great to relax in. Whole place was quiet and we really enjoyed our stay! 😁
