This is one of the best hotels I have stayed. I stayed there with my wife. In every aspect this hotel met our expectations and in most instances it was beyond our expectations. We arrived late but they prepared dinner for us though the official dinner time was offer. The staffs are very helpful and smily at reception ,travel desk , lobby bar and restaurant. The location was brilliant. We could see the sea while lying on our bed. Gym, sauna, hammam , steam room are all included in the all inclusive package. The lobby bar was opened 24/7, amazing. There were 2 beutiful pools and has private beach in short walking distance. I was surprised to see that they arranged aqua fitness class in the pool with a trainer so dedicatedly everyday at 11:30 am. In every breakfast and meals there were so many items it was extremely difficult to control your weight. Hotel has good airport pick up and drop off service with comparable rate. We are extremely happy to stay there. If we go to Antalya again surely we will stay in this hotel.

The best place in to stay in Antalya. Above all, this place has Amazing service and great people. Few special mentions. Alchin at restaurant, Nida at reception, Mehrad, and Samra room cleaning. Overall amazing holiday. Recommended!

The hotel was exactly what we wanted and our daughter and grandsons enjoyed it very much.

The hotel abd surround area was kept clean at all times.

Dining options were wide but service was quite strange . Several blondes from reception were RUDE like RUDE . THEY REALLY LOVE MEN

The food was great for buffet and the bed was comfortable I could not ask for more

Central location, great variety of quality food, fantastic views from the rooms, super attentive staff - best experience ever! If I have to mention the cons, lift was too slow at times and its digital panels were faded - too hard to see which lift is coming. I also did not particularly like the fact that beach gate opens at 8am - too inconvenient for early birds who want to walk the promenade. We had to go around through the main entrance and smell the bins sitting on the side of the hotel :( But overall was a truly fantastic holiday !

On a vraiment adoré notre séjour à Megasaray. Tout était parfait. Un seul commentaire sur le nettoyage de la chambre qui n'était pas fait en profondeur. Il y a de l'amélioration à faire à ce niveau. Sinon on recommende 100%

All the staff were friendly and looked after our needs.They are organising activities to keep the customers happy. I noticed how they are always looking for new ideas to keep the customers satisfied

The staff were a mix of Russian and Turkish, including those at the front desk and the sauna/massage therapists. The Turkish staff were very friendly and helpful, and I appreciated their hospitality. However, I was hoping to have more of a traditional Turkish cultural experience, such as a Turkish bath and massage performed by Turkish professionals, rather than Russian staff. Overall, it was still a good experience.

Everything is fine. i Would recommend the hotel to have bit more meat dishes for the late night dinner. also some prawns for lunch or dinner.

Just returned from an 8-night stay and honestly, this hotel exceeded expectations. The location is ideal right by the beach with stunning sea views and easy access to local attractions in Konyaaltı. Rooms were modern, spacious, and very clean. Housekeeping was spot on every day. The buffet had a great variety, catering for different tastes from Turkish favourites to international dishes, and always fresh. Snack bars and patisserie were a nice touch too. Staff were friendly and attentive, especially at reception and the restaurant. They always made an effort to accommodate requests and were great with kids. One downside: the pool area is small for the size of the hotel. Even though there are two pools, both get very crowded during peak hours. It was often hard to find a spot to sit or swim comfortably.... more space or a better layout would help handle the number of guests. Overall, a brilliant stay n a perfect mix of relaxation, location, and service. Would definitely return.

The property is well run and and really met all our needs. May and her fellow entertainers really put in a shift everyday and made us feel extremely welcome. David who provided his attentive services in the Ala Carte restaurant La Lagos could not have done anything more to make the experience better. It has been the first holiday in 4 years that we would consider repeating.
