The room did not look like the photos. The air conditioning was set so warm that we were really uncomfortable and the air vent was loose and banging against the ceiling all night so we couldn’t sleep. Parking is very far from the property and hotel staff are very rude.

This property was a spotless gem in a stunning, peaceful location, perfectly clean, with a large, breezy balcony offering breathtaking views. It felt incredibly safe and welcoming, like a true home away from home, thanks to thoughtful details that made everything effortless. No downsides at all; exceeded expectations. highly recommend for serene comfort.

I stayed in the Classic Apartment with my husband and daughter. We did not have great communication with the hotel staff. We needed check in details that we received AFTER we had already checked in, even though we had asked for them early that morning. Parking was available...for a cost. Nowhere on the website was it mentioned that parking was extra. The parking garage was very difficult to maneuver. Check in was definitely rushed. Once we got to our apartment, we were disappointed that there wasn't an actual bedroom, just one big room divided by a wardrobe. No real privacy. The apartment wasn't super clean and did not have all of the cookware we needed to make simple meals. We were also disappointed that the actual key was required (only one given at check in) in order to power the unit. My husband wanted to stay back at the apartment while my daughter and I went out. We came back to him sitting in the dark. It wasn't a terrible place, but I definitely wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

I love the area. Plus my family lives around there so it's convenient. Bus transport is great. And it's a 15-20 minute walk downtown. I did not like my apartment. I had 3 windows facing an airshaft and one with light and air. I should have requested a different apartment but I think I was just too tired from the trip.

It's a very comfortable homey apartment. Just where I need to be in Trieste and close to bus and shopping. Very quiet.

The staff was very helpful and spoke great English. We couldn’t get our refrigerator to work but we didn’t try very hard. Breakfast was delicious

Apartment was roomy and comfortable. On a busy street but with windows closed was very quiet. Close to bus stops and a reasonable walk for anyone fit. Enjoyed our stay. A tea towel and dish cloth would be a nice addition.

The only problem I had was the address was for the actual apartment. There were no instructions on where to check in.

Very nice accommodations. The size of the shower is always a big concern in Trieste, and this had great bathroom/shower size.

The apartment is within easy walking distance to walk into the city. The main issue we had was the problem in finding the place - The apartment address was not identifiable on our car's satnav - and it turned out that we had to check in at the Best Western Hotel anyway....... If your going to these apartments, set your satnav for that hotel! the apartment itself was fine; well equipped and spaceous.

Full 1 bedroom suite, about a 20-minute walk from the harbour. Very quiet and close to restaurants, a plaza, and a gelateria.

Self catering apartment in the hotel was large with abundant storage and more than adequate kitchen facilities. Some of the furniture was a bit basic. Air conditioning unit was good. Good location for exploring the city and the wider area. Our main problem was in finding the hotel as complex one way system although the hotel was signed well we eventually discovered whereas road signs, especially to Slovenia, were hard to come by! Hotel provided an excellent breakfast for 7 euros and we were surprised that our room was cleaned and bed made daily, having assumed self-catering meant just that. If you don't like walking it is a fair distance from the centre, though we were happy to do so. However the bus services seemed to provide reasonable service and value (tickets from newsagents).

Hard to find because check-in is not in the same location as the hotel address. Refrigerator was full of used linen to absorb water melting from freezer.

These are apartments that are run by the hotel across the street. Big bathroom - though still shower only, bedroom and kitchen/dining room. Full size refrigerator. Power driven by key card - but unusually air con stayed working without key card, so that was very nice. Very comfortable place to stay - take out Chinese and gelato places right downstairs! Easy to get around by bus or taxi or walking.

We stayed in the 'Residence' San Guisto, not the hotel itself. This consisted of a one bedroomed flat (with double bed) with an additional double sofa bed in the living quarters. There was a kitchen including dishwasher and microwave and a good bathroom. Although we only stayed for two nights it would have been very suitable for a longer stay for our family of 4. There is a good bus service to the centre and there were plenty of local shops for supplies for breakfast etc. The area the residence is in is not the most glamorous but we found it friendly enough and we enjoyed our time in Trieste very much. Two problems with the accommodation were - it was difficult to find as you have to go to the hotel reception and this was on a different street to the residence itself! Also the hob section of the oven was tricky to operate.

Ottima struttura

La struttura si trova in uno stabile vecchio con muri molto spessi che procurano una buona climatizzazione. L’appartamento è stato bene ristrutturato ed è quasi completamente nuovo e funzionale. Meriterebbe di essere valutato ottimo al 100% se le dotazioni della zona cucina fossero più abbondanti e se ci fosse una lavatrice ad uso esclusivo

Es fing damit an, dass das Apartment verraucht war. Nicht, dass es einfach mal jemand geraucht hat, sondern ein Raum wo alles so verraucht war, dass es nicht moeglich ist, das Zimmer mal zu putzen. Als Liesung wurde mir die Reinigung angeboten, an der Reaktion war klar, dass es Standard ist, dieses Thema so anzugehen. Sonst, wirklich sehr unterdurchschnittlich. Alt, abgenutzt, lieblos eingerichtet. Alles in einem nur im Notfall zu empfehlen. Den Preis war das auf jeden Fall nicht wert.

Localisation parfaite pour visiter Trieste. Stationnement dans le garage de l'hôtel est facile d'accès.
